I was waiting in line behind 1 person. I'd been waiting about 7 minutes. The 2 people working had no acknowledged me yet. Then a lady came in and the guy who wasn't making the lady in front of mes order immediately asked her if he could help her, totally ignoring me who had been waited for awhile. I then put my chips down and told my daughter we were leaving and he started yelling at me.
Ot was a terrible experience and I can't believe I was treated like that. He was still yelling as I left. Such a horrible experience.

Always out of bread very unacceptable watched 3 customers leave cause I got the last only available would have spent more if there was bread available

Great food. Never in my life did I think it would get to $16 a sandwich. Anywhere, ever.

The service was really slow and the employee was on their personal cell phone then the woman that actually made my sandwich literally just threw everything in the wrapper I attempted to call and complain and they wanted nothing to do with hearing my complaints. I will never go to that store again which is unfortunate because its right down the street from my house so I have to drive part way across town to the jersey Mike's where the employees dont suck

employees and food are always great 👍

I just was in there, the first guy that takes your order is nice enough. The second guy was being very stingy with vegetables, and talk to himself when asking me questions. The lady at the register couldn’t be bothered, not very personable. I ordered multiple sandwiches and she didn’t even have the foresight to label them. I’ve been going to Jersey Mike’s in various places for years. I think overall this is just not the best location. Not to mention I gave them a 20% tip.

Went there as their website says they have gluten free bread for sandwiches. Menu on the wall said it was an order option. However, was told once I ordered a sandwich with this bread that they don't stock it there due to low sales. Having to order it (3rd of 3 sandwichs) to then be told they don't stock it was not a good way to find out. Would have been ok if the gluten free option was marked out on the menu board. Even better if the website would have said available at some locations. Would have called first then. Went to Schlotzsky's instead and had a great sandwich.

The 2 guys working on 6-22-25 at approximately 8:30 pm need to show more respect twords the female customers and should learn to reframe form DISRESPECTFUL comments and remarks!
Their actions and comments were COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL, INAPPROPRIATE AND COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR
