I went to Joe’s Crab Shack two days in a row. I sat at the bar again and Montana was my bartender. She was very friendly and attentive. She made sure I had everything I needed before I got my food. The manager also came by to check on me. I love the whole vibe there. I love the volume of the music and the music they play.The food was also good. It came out at the right temperature and was seasoned well. My whole experience was great. Montana was so sweet and friendly. She made me feel at home. Keep up the great work! I sat at the bar and the best bartender I have ever had was working. Corinne was awesome. She had great customer service, was professional and very friendly. She was patient when I was asking about certain drinks and made some suggestions for food during happy hour. Because of her, I will definitely be back and I will make sure she’s working when I do. It was pretty quiet tonight, not a big deal. But I was by myself and felt ostracized as I was sat on the far side of the restaurant, away from everyone else.I did enjoy my meal and Hayley my waitress was very kind and attentive without hovering.When I asked for a to-go drink and she found out I was at a hotel, she brought me 2 drinks to-go. Loved how kind and thoughtful she was.

I came down from San Antonio Food was not like I remember crab legs were overcooked I told our server they were not the best. The service was slow and there weren't even a lot of people.I paid for two extra old bay sauces and the kitchen forgot to put it in my steam bag my waiter Michael had to go get it. Our drinks were brought out really late we didn't get them until we were already eating and I had to remind them that we still needed them. I paid almost 123.00 and my kids weren't satisfied there wasn't much meat in the legs I had to go back to the hotel just to cook more food. I don't know if I will be coming here ever again.

Let me just say if you want great service, a great personality who is also funny definitely ask for Michael Bridges!! He was absolutely the best. We had a party of 12 and he took care of all of us. What I loved the most about him was that he took care of the kids first made sure they got their food and drinks. He gave us the best experience here in Corpus Christi.-The food was delicious and hot.-The restroom was clean.-The playground was clean and fun for my kids.Kid-friendliness: The playground is definitely the best part for them.The food choice are good, pizza, burgers, chicken strips, shrimp.
Went for my daughter's birthday and for the crabs. They did not disappoint not only was the food good but they showed my daughter a awesome time by singing and dancing.
