We are from Illinois and they are closing almost all of the KFC down and also Long John Silvers. My husband got KFC and it was hot and fresh and I ordered from LJS and we drove from Portland to Rockport and all the food was still hot and fresh. That was a super high point for us. It was so so good. They was super busy so didnt get to interact with the staff but they stayed on top of everything the best they could. No complaints!!

The employees here 100% do not care about any customers , always make everyone wait even when there’s absolutely no one in store, the attitude is a “ you’re annoying us “ kinda attitude when it’s crazy that their the ones that filled out the application to work here .

If I could give 0 stars I would. 45 minute wait no food. Manager tried to steal my phone when I asked for my money back. Yelled at my boyfriend for recording when the manager refused to give me my phone and a refund. Corporate was called and the cops were called. Never again.

Terrible experience waited for 1 hour they tried to put the blame on me for not getting my order ,didn’t care to listen to me. Didn’t apologize after them finally realized they were in the wrong. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I went through the drive through and they asked me to pull ahead and they would bring my food. After 30 minutes I went inside and waited another 15 minutes to get my food.

Awful experience. Took my entire lunch hour just to get my mediocre food. Service is non existent, managers don’t know what they’re doing, staff is clueless and moving like slugs during the busiest hour for service. Terrible terrible terrible
Put in a take out order and half of it was missing. I called to talk to a manager and they hung up on me.

Lol, I went through the drive thru at an empty KFC. I was told I was better off going inside because there was orders in front of me😂 didn't make any sense, but I think the kid was repeating what the manager was saying. Not cool at all! So I came to where I know I'll get good service WHAT A BURGER

The chicken was uncooked and treated even worse by the manager she even tried to blame the young male cashier for her mistakes over and over when rolling her eyes when the supervisor was on the phone ill never go back terrible experience
