Here's a story about disappointment. My husband loves KFC. I do not because I have never had a good experience. I haven't eaten at a kfc since the 90's. He convinced me to give it a try about a year ago. I finally say yes we decide on our order and he runs to the store and goes inside to order. An hour later and he's been told multiple times, oh we forgot to drop the chicken. An hour and 15 minutes later he finally gets his order brings it home and most of our sides are not in the bags and the ones that are in the bags are cold. As you can imagine my mind was not changed. But last night he sees an ad for a free bucket of chicken with 15 spent on sides. He really wants to try again. I agree, it took some convincing because i would rather just make it myself, than spend hard earned money on food and service that has repeatedly been a disappointment. We decide on our order place it on the website, pay and off he goes to the store. About 40 minutes later I call him because the store is one mile away from our home and he tells me they just now handed me the order I'm walking out now, they've been telling me since i walked in that they were putting the order together... He gets home and surprise we didn't get any of the sauces we paid for, the sides are cold and the chicken is soggy. Don't call it a come back. Because it's not, it's the exact same crappy service and food it's always been.

This location will forget large items from your meal, and also they won’t tell you that you’re getting shorted on white meat because they’re always “out” of white meat. They will also tell you they replaced the white meat with thighs but will give you more legs than what the receipt says. They’ll question/ gaslight you and say they have put everything in your order.

If you have nothing but time to spare, come here. Otherwise, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Ordered 5pc Tender box and a 3pc Big Box at 9:03pm, here I am at 9:30pm STILL WAITING. 5 cars all waiting for their orders, 3 people inside and the employees are all like on drugs or something. No one seems to be doing anything of importance besides one employee mopping the floors. This is NOT RIGHT! The manager must like running the business like this. I should have read the reviews first. 😩

Ordered at 8:05 , said order would be ready at 8:15. When we went to pick up, it wasn't ready and they didn't start the order till 8:30 and left there at 8:45. It's absolutely crazy that it took almost an hour to process a pick up order.
Restroom is disgusting and food is not great. Service is ok but everyone seems to be doing their own thing inside except for helping or greeting customers

4/18/25 Was pushed aside and ignored by cashier when trying to pick up an order. The pick up area was blocked by a customer while multiple employees were trying to get a tray of chicken out of a cabinet.
