Workers are rude here. They take forever with orders. No respect towards their customers!!! Save your money and go somewhere else please!!!

went through the drive through and waited 40 minutes for my food. i only ordered for 2 people. people behind me that had gotten there after me were getting their food before me. everytime i come here i have bad service, it’s always something. getting out of work i do not want to wait somewhere for 40 minutes to get my food.

Ridiculous wait time for a full staff. Wrong order, forget items and cant compensate my time with another side at least?? Managers sitting in a corner conversating and I go up tell them what is up and how them are acting like children horsplaying instead of doing their job but can’t say they have a coorperate number I have to go online

We drove across town to get the KFC original bowls. My husband and grandson really enjoyed them. Great service-very polite staff at the window-food was hot and ready to eat.

Ordered chicken through the drive-thru and when I got home to feed my children and myself. The chicken was dry and hard, ordered original so, no reason to be hard. Biscuits were dry hard and crumbly. Mash potatoes tasted old. And because I live on the island, I didn't want to bother going back. It was so bad tried to feed it to the dogs and they didn't eat it. So disappointed 😔

I arrive at 9 PM two hours before you are scheduled to close try to order. I’m told all they have are wings. They don’t plan on dropping any new chicken for the rest of the night and that they’re out of nuggets and tenders too. I understand Coming in 15 minutes before closing, but two hours before closing seems just a little bit out of the ordinary

I ordered a two piece combo meal white meat & received a two piece dark meat. It is so sad that the staff does not know the difference. When tried to call them about it , the phone rang forever, then they hung up. This happened twice. What losers! Never will I go there again.
They only put 3 tiny chicken pieces on the Famous bowl! Completely underserved. Also all of the tables were dirty and the restroom looks like it has not been cleaned all week.

One of the slowest locations i have ever been to, they had us lined up 3 wide and 3 deep waiting in parking lot for a good amount of time, its just chicken.
