A complete disappointment when you try to buy fast food but it takes longer than if I prepared it myself. I waited for almost an hour and they didn't even bring it to my car; I had to go in and get it. When I got in, I didn't feel like eating it anymore because the place was dirty and had a bad overall appearance, which makes me question the hygiene of the food preparation. You can even see the broken kitchen floor.

The whole store needs a good cleaning, the food sucks, my mashed potatoes and gravy was cold and the 2pc fish tasted like it was old. The color and texture was off like it was fried in old gear. I'll never eat here again, it's better to go to LONG JOHN SILVERS in Corpus... There's hair on my girlfriends food and we noticed the employee isn't wearing a hairnet over his beard.

My dinner was ok. My husband ordered the 6 piece chicken and it was so hard we had to throw away. My shrimp & fish was ok except it was extremely salty. Wish I had gone elsewhere. Went through the drive through & even though there was only 1 vehicle ahead of me, I still had a 20 min wait before getting dinner. Will be quite some time before going back.

This has got to be the most challenged kfc! I gave my order , repeated, drove up and for some reason had to repeat my order for them to give me my order incomplete. Customer service is part of every job !! I paid 24 dollars for 2 chicken sandwiches and hush puppies . Let me mess with one of you guys pay and let’s see if you pay attention. People work for their money be glad this place is still running but not for long if you continue this embarrassing service . I had more mayo outside of my sandwich than in. You guys should be embarrassed!

Eating from the long john silvers side: The fish was alright, but the chicken was rubbery and hard. Like it was fried but not defrosted properly. There's only 2 long john silvers and this is the one I won't return to, sorry.
I wish I could leave a zero review. This is the most disgusting KFC I've been to. The whole place is run down and not very well taken care of. The dining area is messy there are plastic forks on floor the wall is missing some tiles and the windows are filthy. There are flies everywhere and the service counter is messy and the work stations looked dirty. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. They were talking bad about me and my family. They just stood there talking behind the counter. They gave us the wrong order and when we addressed it our cashier a man named Felix started yelling at us. He put stuff on our tab we didn't even order and she claimed we did. He was rude and argumentative. The food wasn't even worth it I would never stop here again.

I'm from out of town, and I was craving Long John's since they are remodeling the one in my hometown. Before entering this building I had already had a bad feeling because the doors were super dirty. Then I saw the lack of enthusiasm of workers and some messing around in the back. Cashier wasn't friendly,as if he didn't even want to work. When I went to go get seated I couldn't find any clean tables but 1. Floors are very dirty. Place is just dirty in general. I kind of just poked on my food maybe cuz of the lost of appetite due to the dirtiness. Again while sitting at my tables are just talking, messing around instead of cleaning tables and floors. Very poor service. You can still talk and clean at same time its not that difficult.

This has got to be the worst KFC in town. The past few times I've gone there, they've gotten my order wrong and this last time, they forgot a few of my items. The chicken sandwich was hard as a rock on one side and cold. The gave me a 3 piece instead of the 5 piece and one of my orders was missing fries. Its my fault for not checking the order for missing items but it's their fault for serving cold, hard disgusting food. Never again.
