The two girls who were working there at 2pm on 8-8-24 were so RUDE!! Barley said a word to us when we walked in other then “are you ready” with a ton of attitude right after we came in and greeted them nicely.. we weren’t ready yet so we looked at the menu a while and ordered a bit later, we didn’t want chamoy straws in our drinks so we asked them to leave that out and that gave us a nasty look and conveniently forgot to mention that the entire drink was filled with chamoy or they did it purposely because I swear that’s the only thing I could taste.. we spent $17 on two “large” drinks there were the size of a small just for it to be nothing but chamoy so we went back in and asked for a refund they gave us ugly looks for that too even tho I explained that we didn’t like it, they didn’t offer to remake it or apologize or anything so we just took our money as left!! As we were walking out the door she grabbed the drinks and literally chunked the drinks at the trash can like she was so mad about it! This place seriously needs to fire these people and do a better interview process and check reviews frequently for feed back like this!

This place was nice and chill and a great little spot to go and grab something fresh. The people were very helpful with my friend getting a fruit cup with his dietary needs. The only reason I gave it a 3 on the food was because the corn for the corn cup was canned corn. Everything else looked amazing.

Dietary restrictions: The friend I went with has diverticulitis and you can't have seeds. They were very helpful to make sure that he got fruit that he could eat..

Tried the new pineapple dole whip soft serve and it was bomb! 10/10 would recommend & cute little spot :)

Fruit cups are always good. Always fresh, never soaked or soggy. I wouldn’t get anything but the fruit here though. I got a brisket sandwich once, for the price $8-9.
I was not satisfied with what I received.
My sandwich was mostly bread with a tablespoon of brisket so starting out not so well. The brisket was dressed in a sauce I couldn’t stand. Not worth the price.

Elote wasn’t good. If you’re going to make Mexican snacks at least do your research. It was watery and tastless, on top of that they used Mexican cheese from the grocery store instead of queso fresco like it should be. It’s a nice spot if you’ve never been to a real Fruteria.

Came here for the first time with the kids. We ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake, Mango Smoothie, and Bionico Cup. They were all delicious. The Bionico cup is like a light cream parfait filled with fresh fruits such as kiwi, strawberries, bananas, and mangoes. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake is like drinking the milk from the bottom of your cereal bowl after you’ve eaten all the cereal. The Mango smoothie was delicious as well, but nothing special about it.The staff are fast and friendly. The mall parking lot is huge so you shouldn’t have an issue. There are a few tables to chill at.

Cashier was rude to my mom. Asked if we wanted “a dome or a flat top” in reference to our snow cone and my mom misunderstood/misheard and replied “to go,” to which the cashier rolled her eyes before repeating the question. And I understand that people have off days but when she proceeded to make our snow cone she wiped one of the syrup nozzles with her bare unwashed hand and then continued to use it. I wouldn’t even touch my face after handling money at my job. That’s not having a bad day behavior- that’s “I either have no knowledge of basic sanitation practices or I don’t care.”

We went on Saturday, June 24th, around 5 pm. There were three girls working and one was really nice and friendly while she took our order. The tall girl with a gray shirt on who was working the register was extremely rude. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we were asked if we were waiting on something, to which I answered that we were waiting on a chamoy pickle. Five minutes later, all three girls came from the back and asked us how we wanted it and at that point I asked for a refund because they hadn't started on it and all they had to do was cut it up since it was already sitting in the chamoy. The tall girl with the gray shirt never apologized and had this mean mug angry face like it was our fault. We only ordered two items, and my other daughter was almost finished with her piccadilly snow cone. If mean mugger is gone, this place would actually be more inviting and profitable.
