Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I called and simply asked in Spanish, “Tienen marranadas?”
The woman who answered immediately snapped back with an aggressive “Can you speak English?” That’s rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional.
What’s laughable is that she clearly knew what a marranada is, yet suddenly pretended not to understand the word “tienen.” That wasn’t confusion, that was attitude.
If Spanish speaking customers bother you, you probably shouldn’t be answering the phone at a Paleteria selling Mexican snacks.
Do better. This kind of disrespect loses customers.

Not an authentic MEXICAN PALATERA so they have no idea what they’re doing , Anyways HAD HAIR IN MY FOOD NOT TO MENTION THE OWNER IS RUDE AND ALWAYS ON HIS PHONE, horrible customer service. Bad hygiene for food. Why isn’t anyone wearing hair nets? I didn’t PAY for hair in my food. And you guys took my money still while hair is in my food… just disgusting foreal Spent over 30$ for hair to be in my food, don’t come here unless you love hair in your food and rude customer service.

I absolutely loved this place. I went for my first time last night and got me a fruit cup and some candy. The fruit cup was so good. The lady was friendly and very knowledgeable of the items in the store. I’m definitely going back!! Highly recommend this place. This is the one on Morgan in the Bonilla Plaza.
Poor customer service, employees on phone. No greeting, no Hi. Asked to pay and tip before I even get anything. Ice-cream had freezer burn taste, was not good, and I'll eat almost any ice-cream, I did eat it. also over priced, sorry just not impressed.
