Landry's Seafood House

Gathered for lunch with extended family to visit. Service was very good with consideration given to not interrupting our lively conversations. Food was very tasty. A good time was had by all.

Great place to eat really enjoyed our time spent there, and the staff is polite and attentive.

Disappointing Return Visit The Amaretto sours were solid, and the scallops were quite good—especially since they accommodated a special request, which I appreciated. However, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. The calamari was just okay, and the crab artichoke dip had an unpleasant fishy smell that was hard to ignore. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, the wait time was long. Entrées were decent in flavor, but the portion sizes felt small given the price point. What really sealed the disappointment was dessert. The cinnamon bread pudding—our highlight from a previous visit—was a major letdown this time around: cold, soggy, and mushy. Unfortunately, this visit didn't leave me inspired to return.

Marissa was excellent. Need to bring back aluminum take home container for creme brulee.

Excellent experience. Our server Jeff was phenomenal and made for a great time despite it being a part of 13. He handled the table with experience, efficiency, and fun.

Ordered blackened snapper, came with some kind of rice and I ordered dirty rice also. Snapper was great both rice could not stand. Wife had blackened tilapia with cresent city topper. They forgot the topper and had to wait for eat which by then fish was cold and it was more of a side dish than a topper. Defeats the purpose.

Went to Landry's by mistake, did not know that it wasn't Joe's Crap Shack. Worst food ever, will never go back.

Our dinner was fine; the vegetables were overcooked but they were sent back and came out perfectly. Our server was wonderful. K

Maybe it was the holiday weekend but for the price of the food, we were expecting a better dining experience. $152 for having kids shouting behind you , pushing up against your chair. Soggy appetizer, no ac at all, fish was decent but not worth the price . Will not be eating here again especially for an anniversary dinner. I was ready to leave after getting a disappointing drink with soggy not so fresh looking fruit (raspberry lemon drop) but my husband insisted since we never go out much with our busy work and home life.

The service was fantastic, the food was amazing. We loved the atmosphere and will definitely come back whenever we are in town!

Left Landry's today with a poor experience. Our reservation was for 1pm. We arrived at 12:50 and were seated immediately. We ordered drinks and appetizers. Our drinks arrived in a timely manner. We ordered our food once our drinks arrived. We didn't receive bread at the table until 1:40 (over 40 minutes into us being seated). Our food didn't arrive at the table until 2:15 (food was delivered an hour and 15 minutes into our reservation). I'd also like to add that we were dining with a toddler in our party. Our toddler grew impatient after waiting 40 mins simply for bread. We ended up asking our food to be boxed up because we couldn't sit at the table waiting any longer. So all in all sitting at the table for over an hour and 20 mins and not getting to eat our meal left for a pretty poor experience. By no means were we upset with our waiter or other staff. Im just here to share feedback of what dining in today at Landry's was like. I've never had an experience like this at any Landry's location and we've been members for over 10 years. We're currently on vacation and when we realized there was a Landry's, we were quick to book a reservation. Given how today went, I wouldn't recommend this location to friends. Maybe today was just a bad day for y'all. Cheers to better days! Thank you!

Jake was our server and did an outstanding job! The food was good and they were busy of course for Mothers Day! My only suggestion would be to include some vegetarian options on the limited holiday menu but otherwise it was great!
