7eleven “Laredo taco” Store 41279 located in Kissimmee Fl at Orange dr. I love going to this location, they are very friendly and serve fresh delicious food. The store is clean. I am Mexican and honest I have not been able to find a good Mexican restaurant around the area. I couldn’t believe that at 7eleven they sell So delicious food. The tortillas are made right there at the time you order your burrito or if you order nachos the chips are cook at the moment, the meat is high quality and super tender. From now on, if I want to eat nachos or burritos, 7eleven is the perfect place. Great combination: delicious taste, high quality and a good price.

Service was mediocre at the very best. Food was cold after less than a 5 minute drive home. And as the pictures so this is what I was charged almost $10 for. For my foil wrapped taco to be laid in my beans to be smashed all over the wrapper to be picked up. Employees were in lala land or outside doing whatever they wanted. First time eating there and would like to try maybe with a different staff or location because this one was just not it. Very disappointing if they think they could get repeat customers this way, I mean maybe if there was nothing else to eat. And as someone who comes and eats ethnic Hispanic food often- specifically Mexican food this is not okay. The tortillas were fresh and good- that’s the 2 star rating for the tortillas lol

Went for lunch and got horrible "horrible" service and tried to complain to a manager who when advised about service, he said I'll be right back and disappeared. Got home and the food was, and I hate be repetative "HORRIBLE". Will not go back !

They sent out a mailer that already had expired coupons on it by the time I received it. I showed up to use a non expired coupon and they were closed during regular business hours with no explanation...very poor way of doing business!!

What a completely different experience from when they first opened! Food was fresh, well prepared, and absolutely delicious on top of feeding three of us for $13. Well done, guys! Way to step up and correct the issues!

Second stop recently for breakfast tacos and I am very disappointed. I agree with a previous reviewer that the tortillas are consistently “powdery.” Today I ordered four tacos - one was a chorizo and potato. As I watched the worker scoop the mix into the taco, I noticed that it looked like potato entirely cooked in chorizo grease without any chorizo meat. I told the worker what I saw and how I expected there to actually be chorizo in my taco. She just handed me my bag of tacos and told me the meat is in there but I can’t see it because it’s ground up. I had no time to make a fuss so I took my food knowing I was going to be eating potatoes in a tortilla. Nothing else. I was right. The other taco was a potato and egg, which ironically had minimal potato. I am disappointed in the quality of the tacos and also in how the worker made no effort to add some chorizo to my taco since the mix was obviously lacking. I will not be getting tacos from Laredo Taco Company any more since I have had two sad experiences a few weeks apart. Taqueria Acapulco down the road has much better tacos and tortillas.

I’ve been here for 30 mins and I only had 2 people in front of me. Staff is super slow and it shows that they don’t care about there work. This company definitely needs more upbeat, customer service, as fast paced employees because this employees won’t cut it. The location is between Spencer and Preston Road.

The food was great we had fajitas but when I asked for sour cream the lady said what was in the cup she gave my wife was enough for both of us I told her I would like my own cup...... In other words poor customer service
