I normally go to a Laredo across town but this one is on the route for my commute. A couple weeks ago I stopped by to get 2 potato and egg tacos both the tortilla and potatoes were undercooked, the potatoes still being hard on the inside and pale. Today I decide to try them again hoping it was a fluke. Unfortunately it was not, I was given 2 under filled tacos with doughy tortillas and underdone potatoes. When I say underdone potatoes I mean hard on the inside, pale on the outside, and left that distinct raw potato flavor in your mouth. Even though this one is on my route I will be taking the time to avoid it from now on. Being willing to serve undercooked food is bad on its own but knowing that even if it was well cooked I’d have a taco with next to nothing in it as well is enough for me to know not to come back.

We work around the corner from this store. We go in and order 4 plates of food on a regular basis and we phone in orders as requested by the lady that works there. BUT every time we go she complains that we are ordering too much. Today she suggested we go to a bigger store.

Old lady making tacos needs to learn that a mask goes over the face not under the chin. Especially when making food.

The gentleman that was serving me didn't pay attention.. while making the food he made me two tacos that weren't the right ones I ordered beef and he made me chicken and then with the enchilada plate I ordered I asked for beef and he gave me chicken as well... When arriving home I noticed and the food was dry like it had been sitting there one of the worst experiences I ever had never going back!

I love Laredo Taco, but this location is one of the worst I've been too. I asked for 2 bacon and egg tacos. The tray w bacon and egg looked horrible. There was very little in there, it looked old, and had water in it. I guess they add water so food doesn't dry out. The older lady employee says that she has to use the rest of the bacon and egg before she can make new bacon and egg. She gonna get someone sick!
