If you're looking for the Tex-Mex food you grew up with. If you're wanting something your grandma used to make , the way she used to make it. Las Milpas is the place. Family atmosphere and awesome food !!! It's not a big place but it has three screens to keep you occupied. Anything you order for breakfast you're going to love. You'll find the servings are very generous. I've been in the Houston area for decades. The servings are small and the wait staff are rough. I love staying in Corpus. The people and the food of Home , are always the best !!

I ordered chalupas to go. When I opened the box the chalupas were soggy, falling apart. Tomatoes were old. The salad didn't feel fresh. Had to throw it, didn't feel like going back to complain.

I ordered a pork chop plate. The chop was dry, bland, and the potatoes were just the same.
The service was good but the place didn’t smell too nice…almost like a urine smell near the counter.
Other reviews look good, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for my first visit.
