It had been several years since I've visited Las Milpas Mexican Restaurant on Port Ave. I fell in love with the Bacon and egg plate special. The bacon and eggs were made to perfection and don't get me started on the refried beans because they were very good. They have flour and homemade corn tortillas that are bigger than the plate.Of course, they have the traditional barbacoa, huevos rancheros, and other breakfast plates, but my favorite is the bacon and eggs mixed....
Huge tortillas but it's a hit or miss. Sometimes they're soft and fluffy and other times they're thin and hard. My bacon was burnt. Potatoes and eggs were good. Coffee was good. The staff is very friendly. Clean place but small. Parking is horrible. They do have a ramp for the disabled but not very accessible.
