LAS MILPAS RESTAURANT #5

I went to eat there with my sister on Tuesday for breakfast. , everything was good except for the beans. They tasted spoiled and my sister mentioned it to the manager and she said that some people had mentioned that about the beans. She said that some people have different taste buds, That was not our taste buds, that was the beans! They even smelled bad.! I noticed that wasn't a lot of people in that restaurant, not even for lunch, there was only two other people in there., that's usually a sign that their business has gone down. I pray 🙏 their business goes up again.

I ordered a molleja Torta and it was so bland. They did a good job on making it crispy but what good does it do if there no flavor.

Nice little hole in the wall. Don't want to tell too many people about it. I loved having a quiet breakfast with the people there.

The drive through service was not good. The guy who took our order was not friendly. Then none of the tacos that I ordered were correct as well as missing 2 tacos. Was not a good experience. Not only did I get bad service but I got screwed out of 2 tacos

Ive yet to go to a Milpas i dont like... Nothing to update . Still really good

Got my order wrong, expensive and when I got to my house the corn tacos weren’t wrapped correct some opened up and spilled and the corn tortilla was broken in pieces had to eat the inside with a fork. Not the best experience won’t return. I called and the lady gave me attitude bad service.

Ordered the Carne Guisada/Enchilada plate.The Enchilada gravy lacked flavor the cheese inside the Enchilada was not even melted if they need to pay attention to details of what is being served.The guisada portion was so meager for what they priced the plate for.The flour tortillas were great.

I have eaten at Milpas for several years. Today the food was horrible!! The caldo was tasteless!! Cold . I complained politely. The owner or manager came and asked what was wrong. I told her I didn’t like the soup. The meat was tuff and it tasted old. The rice didn’t have any flavor. The owner or manager stuck her finger in my soup and ripped the meat apart. Grossed me out!! She there is nothing wrong with food . I will have to pay anyway. I will never go back.

The tacos are huge but satisfying my belly! I order 2 tacos thinking they would be small but they were big and nice & hot. The only I didn’t like is that I had to call them to order while I was in the drive thru and the cans soda $2 I rather just get one from home but other than that I would come back again just for 1 tacos.
