I just can't believe I was changed $58.38 for 2 one topping pizzas, manager kept telling something was wrong with the register I told her it said approved, she replied it's nothing on my system she asked me to run my card again , it said approved once again and on her side she didn't show anything she moved to another register and for the 3rd time asked me to run my card and she said it went thru and handed me a receipt, well guess what she lied, I was changed $19.46 X3 total $58.38 now she said she doesn't know how to refund the money to call corporate and she gave me the number, be aware if they tell you it doesn't go thru double check with your bank, I will not return to this location their registers are not working appropriately. Corporate will hear from me won't recommend this location.

I had to wait and wait for 1 hour to get my pizza and the employees told me it was going to be a 20 minutes wait and it pass 20 minutes because I ordered my pizza at 7 pm and now it is 8:15 pm really OMG never again ordering pizza from little Caesars on Ayer Street.

i ordered 2 pizzas and they where unsanitary, they touched the pizza with there BARE HANDS, they had loud inappropriate music playing. they gave me old food that was made hours ago, they where literally dancing instead of cooking the food… someone throw hands with them. stop hiring unprofessional people!

Sketchy service it's a lottery when you walk in there At times service is ok others ( like tonight 3-5 ) they completely ignore you purposely so I walked out and came to pizza patron down the street where the pizza quality is superior. I stop at little Caesars because I hate to wait the hot n ready pizza a great commodity but ..... It depends on who's behind the counter .

Worst little Ceasars to do business with. Employees ignore you and make excuses. Asked for a refund and never got my money back even tho it shows transaction canceled. Order showed it was still in oven even tho it was sitting completed for like 25 minutes. Smh just plain sloppy

It was a decent trip. Of course I made a request that had to be cooked, and then added another at the last minute so it wasn't really ready, but it came out hot
To everyone who’s reading this , i recommend not to work or order here. It was not worth it especially with the new management. I had enough and left from there. Couldn’t take it anymore especially with how me and the other managers I worked with were getting treated. I used to be the assistant manager. No fun.

Up until about 9 months ago this place was pretty good and idk if they switched management, but for the past 8 months it's been nothing but a terrible experience every time I've came and the GM never seems to be there or working anytime I go by to speak to a higher up. 0/10 would not recommend.
