I went Friday around 4:45 to pick up an order my family and I had placed at 9 am for my little sisters birthday party. First off all I walked in and waited 8 minutes for them to give me service. The whole 8 minutes they were cussing, saying the n word and ignoring me and another customer the whole time. Finally some guy with an Edgar haircut finally greeted me and I told him I had an order to be picked up. He and this girl came back saying they couldn’t find my order and that their wifi is down. I then just told them I can wait and said that our order was for 5 pizzas. They both got annoyed and the guy handed me a quarter and said “I’ll give you a quarter if you just leave, better yet I’ll grab some Pennie’s for you if you just walk out right now.” Another guy arrived and he was may more helpful and told the guy something but he didn’t seem to care. I was not upset about the wait and the wifi being down I know stuff like that happens , I have worked at little Caesars in the past and went thru situations like that but was never rude to someone like that. It’s sad people like that exist, but i guess $8 an hr doesn’t cut it for him.?

Was in line in the drive thru for 30 mins with 2 cars in front of me only one of them had ordered , when the second car ordered after 20 mins waiting I was still told to wait another 5 mins to order , they have signs on the menu order that are not even visible , seems like only one person works there . I even went on line to send a complaint n not one has gotten back to me .

Ordered 12 pizzas online at 4:50 to be ready for pick up by 7:15 when i get the guy at the counter told me it would be a hour wait because they haven’t gotten started on them.I asked for the manager and he came out and told me you heard the guy it will be a hour wait.What type of manager are you to treat coustomers like that. This business is terrible Having 2 hours to get pizzas ready for my kids birthday and telling me i have to wait an additional hour is unacceptable HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT COME HERE!!

Lines are short and yet service is still so slow only 4 cars in line and we have all been waiting for over an hour! That is crazy to me if it’s a staffing issue this needs to get resolved I have seen one car actually get there food and two vehicles leave because of the wait.

The pizza is standard little Caesar’s pizza. It’s never under or over cooked, as we’ve experienced at other little Caesar’s in the area. We go there for the consistency. Unfortunately the drive through leaves a lot to be desired. (Attention owners) There’s no lighting, the speaker rarely works and the lights are always out on the menu. It gives the place a kind of trashy look. But they are usually busy and the wait can be longer, so you might have to wait in the parking lot for them to bring it out, but the staff is always nice and helpful and working non-stop. So, kudos to the hard workers there! You’re doing a great job with what you have to work with!
