I bought a large hot and ready 3 meat and I have eaten day old pizza that was fresher! I picked it up after 4 PM and it had to be sitting there since lunchtime! $5.00 more than the classic too! I will make sure to ask how long it’s been sitting if I go back!

My wife bought a pretzels pizza and I called in to talk to the manager. He seem a bit bother by his tone of voice. Obviously I am upset explaining to the guy that the amount of salt is so bad EXTREMELY BAD! it’s worse than tasting sea salt sea water. And he goes ok so basically lots of salt with a bother tone. And he ask if I have the product to remake it. I don’t want another product I wanted to advise you that it’s not right. And we paid for this to enjoy it. Not to take more time out of our way to go back. We ate the pizza unhappily but we were hungry.

Your employee chose to make his own policy about the super bowl cups, instead of following the ad attached to his cash register that states free cup when purchasing a 2 liter. He decided to give me trouble over a free item he had on hand.

waited almost 20 minutes for 3 pizza's got home and they were the worst looking pizza's I've ever seen in my life I know yall were busy but that no excuse for sloppy work yall lost my
Food was fine. But I ordered for pick up, was supposed to be ready and in the self pick up thing. It wasn't in there, Was waiting to ask about it, but I had sat down while waiting my turn. Someone else came in and girl the the front never acknowledged me and then helped the guy that came in after me 1st. Also doesn't help that trying to get in the parking lot is a nightmare. People doing drive through like to block you from entering.

Usually quick and easy, in and out, at times a few minute wait, the window is slow.
Saratoga one is a little further for us off Williams and Airline, however a much better experience than the Airline one. The staff is great, the food is always ready, and barely a wait at all! We will definitely go back!

Good pizza all the time. Not long waits unless they get busy, but can call in orders for pickup. Just a small waiting area but you can wait in your car too.Parking: There is a good bit of parking but not a lot of spaces up close to the building, be ready to walk if not driving thru.
