The day wasn’t going all that great until I was I was greeted by a young lady named JAIDA. Her attitude and personality completely turned my day around. Thank you Jaida for being who you are and doing what you do. Oh,and my order was quick and on poont.

Wish they would cook the pizza completely or go back to being $5 since I have to put it back in the oven when I get home and cook it longer cause it's undercooked. I like the pizza there yet if their gonna make the customer do the rest of the work least they can do is lower the price back down. Trust I have requested well done several times and still have to finish cooking whatever I ordered. Except for the the pizza puffs those are always cooked to perfection.

Food is never ready on time, food made sloppy, and they try to up sell all the time by saying the extra most bester is the hot and ready pizza.

Was getting a hot and ready pizza. Asked the cashier is they had any ready and he said yes so I paid and had to wait 10 mins for the pizza. As always the pizza was good just would have like to know I would have to wait 10 mins

Save your money and go elsewhere, you will wait well over 15+ minutes even if you ordered ahead through the app or called in. Longest wait was over an a hour in the drive thru and they had to nerve to say my order was still in the oven even though it was supposed to be ready 30 minutes prior.

Poorly managed either through lack of staffing or lack of working equipment. Either place an order avoiding the usual busy times or go across the street to Dominoes if you value your sanity.

Absolutely terrible service. We waited several minutes at the speaker and never heard anything, so we pulled up to the window and sat there for another 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. When someone finally opened the window, the first thing out of his mouth was, “Wait, what did y’all order?” We hadn’t even ordered yet! We just asked for two Hot-N-Ready pizzas — which, as the name implies, should already be ready — and were told it would be another 8-10 minutes. What’s the point of “Hot-N-Ready” if it’s not hot, not ready, and the staff acts like they’re being inconvenienced just by doing their job? Won’t be coming back to this location.
