So darn SLOW! I waited more than 30 minutes for a bag of crazy bread because I was stuck in the drive through.

Every time I come to this location they say it will be a 30 minute wait. No customers in the store, no customers in the drive thru, and no customers in the parking lot. Maybe they are slammed with online orders all the time but I doubt it. Avoid this location

The slogan for this location should be HOT BUT WAITING. 35 mins from the time I placed order in drive thru. At 2:30pm with 1 car in front of me. This is EVERY TIME!!!! Think let's give them another try. And overtime i leave here so disappointed in service and wait time. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!

Guys let me tell you we have gone to several places and the wait time maaayyybeee a LITTLE longer then other places BUUTTTTT let me tell you their pizza is made with love!! Super fluffy cheesy just made right like they love their job the staff there is friendly and kind and always smiling š me and my family love it here!!! Other places lack ingredients and customer service

Place my order at 7:15 online for three pizzas, it said it will be ready at 7:40.
I show up at 7:50 at the drive-thru, wait 20 minutes at the drive-thru, they come to the window and timely. They're just waiting on breadsticks. It'll be 5 more minutes.
I literally wait 15 more minutes. I have to honk the horn to get somebody's attention at the window, the girl can't find my order online, the guy who told me it would be 5 minutes for the breadsticks finally came to the window and now he says he doesn't know where my order is even though he said it was ready except for the breadsticks initially.
I said what about my pizza, he literally says. I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you, I said but you told me you were just waiting on breadsticks, he repeats. I don't have an answer for you.
I spent an hour and 20 minutes in that line total just for them to give me a refund and I had to drive somewhere else to get pizza.
I'm now sitting in line on a different night currently, I've been in this line for 30 minutes and not one person that's came to the window for the vehicle in front of me.
Absolute worst management on the evening shift ever, I'm not sure who runs or operates this, but it's unbelievable they're still able to get away with this

Fire everybody, Iāve been here for 2 and a half hours and have been the second car the whole time. This happens everytime I come. Iād leave if the pizza wasnāt so cheap.

I just wanted to say what an Amazing way to diffuse a conversation dealing with an upset customer. Me the lady who talked to me calmly and with a soft voice kept her cool and was very professional I apologize for being upset and wish her the very best Thank you

12/17/24 - I was finally able to reach the corporate office to file a complaint about the manager. I truly hope Little Caesars takes action. Judging by the reviews and feedback from others in the community, itās clear that this locationās management has a well-known pattern of treating customers poorly.
12/13/24 - On December 13 at 1:30 PM, I received the wrong pizza from this location through DoorDash, even though the receipt had my name on it. When I called, the manager was extremely rude, kept interrupting me, and refused to take responsibility for the mistake. She tried to blame DoorDash for grabbing the wrong order, despite the receipt being accurate. She hung up on me, and when I called back, she refused to give her name. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
This level of disrespect and lack of accountability from a manager is unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but how those mistakes are handled is what reflects on the business.

This location takes foreeverrr. Be ready to wait at least 15 minutes every time you come. they never have anything ready, and when you get it itās barely hot. Not sure why itās so bad here but they need help.
