Fire everybody, I’ve been here for 2 and a half hours and have been the second car the whole time. This happens everytime I come. I’d leave if the pizza wasn’t so cheap.

I just wanted to say what an Amazing way to diffuse a conversation dealing with an upset customer. Me the lady who talked to me calmly and with a soft voice kept her cool and was very professional I apologize for being upset and wish her the very best Thank you

12/17/24 - I was finally able to reach the corporate office to file a complaint about the manager. I truly hope Little Caesars takes action. Judging by the reviews and feedback from others in the community, it’s clear that this location’s management has a well-known pattern of treating customers poorly.

12/13/24 - On December 13 at 1:30 PM, I received the wrong pizza from this location through DoorDash, even though the receipt had my name on it. When I called, the manager was extremely rude, kept interrupting me, and refused to take responsibility for the mistake. She tried to blame DoorDash for grabbing the wrong order, despite the receipt being accurate. She hung up on me, and when I called back, she refused to give her name. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

This level of disrespect and lack of accountability from a manager is unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen, but how those mistakes are handled is what reflects on the business.

This location takes foreeverrr. Be ready to wait at least 15 minutes every time you come. they never have anything ready, and when you get it it’s barely hot. Not sure why it’s so bad here but they need help.

Call and call and they don't answer there phone. Just get a voicemail that says mailbox is full. Horrible customer service.

First time I have ever been disappointed and upset with little Caesars at this location went in Lady told me the weight would be 35 to 45 minutes for a hot and ready, Said she shortstaffed they didn’t send nobody to help her. That is not the customers problem.😡😡

I got so sick the next day I ended up in emergency room with food poisoning

Waiting 45 mins for an original Hot & Ready and stuffed crazy bread. No one answered the phone when I called to check the status of my order. This is the second time I’ve gone through this & will no longer order delivery.

All of the staff were exceptional and professional. The food was top-notch and very flavorful.

Parking: Parking is simple but there are limited spots when it's mid-day or afternoon time. Through nighttime or early morning you'll find plenty of spots open.
