I go to this location frequently and it's hit or miss. The wait is very long but they get many orders and don't have much staff. It's fine though I just order on the app ahead of time and wait to leave until it tells me the food is ready. This last time the pizza was ready in about an hour but I did order on a Friday afternoon so I expected a long wait. My food was still hot when I picked it up. I was surprised the pizza was really good this time! Perfectly baked and the toppings were good. My family enjoyed it! Please keep up the quality because when they do the pizza is good for the price!

Update: 25 minutes to get a pre-ordered and paid for cold greasy box of stale pizza like leather. Offered ZERO - NOT ONE THING. NOT A FRESH PIZZA, NOT ANYTHING FOR MY TROUBLE, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY..Ordered pizza on app for pickup in the drive thru. Been sitting here for 10 minutes. Pizza will almost certainly be stone cold, since it was due to be ready 9 minutes ago.NEVEREVERAGAINZero stars would be given if I was possible

It's on the window if no receipt is giving you get a free pizza and she didn't give a receipt then refused the free
They never answer the phone and they take over 40 minutes to make a single thing after saying it would be ready in 10 minutes.

I just picked up one pizza. Went through drive thru. Ordered and was told 6 to 8 minutes. One car ahead of me. Finally got to the window after 15 minutes. Didnt see anyone for 25 minutes later. No apology Just rude behavior from the cashier. And the pizza was soggy. You guys should work on your customer service cause it sucks!
