Honestly sad I crave the food so bad in callallen but then I go in and the areas dirty floors sticky and the people at the register are rude I get the new wedge fries and there all burnt and super thin it was a waste of money and time sadly and thats because I love KFC and long John's but this one is just bad

Food was fried in old oil it tasted horrible way too greasy and disgusting. When I made a complaint online the area manager messaged me and asked about my complaint I told her everything about how the food was fried in old grease and how it tasted horrible. She said she was going to notify the manager at hat specific location and have her call me me. No one called me I never heard anything from them again.

I had KFC for the first time in five years wow I was blown away by their tender quality the restaurant a little you know on the older side kind of makes it feel less special

Most disgusting food place I've ever gone to. The soda machine had layers of dried soda sugar all over it. Floor was nasty and entire store should be shut down. The food was just as disgusting. The worse lj I've ever been to and just nasty!

Fish is a thin plank nothing like the “old days”. Two planks and a smattering of fries. Did not miss the fries since they were cold and old tasting. Waited 15 min in the drive thru for this expensive meal
