Fish is a thin plank nothing like the “old days”. Two planks and a smattering of fries. Did not miss the fries since they were cold and old tasting. Waited 15 min in the drive thru for this expensive meal

Floor is nasty counter was dirty to, the ac does not work .Manager said yea it's broken its a old ass building. I will not come back

I had the chicken pot pie from there, and somehow, it made my stomach hurt. Had to hurry up and get home and go to the restroom. Not good at all!!!

Food was not fresh and barely warm. Floor needs to be mopped (it was sticky). Employees were helpful when asked for Napkins and condiments. They were friendly but seemed overworked.

This is a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good and other times it's old food or burnt food. Chicken and fish. Last time Last visit they didn't have any breast to serve, the chicken tenders were dark and smelled like burnt oil, which means they hadn't changed the oil or they threw the tenders back in after sitting for a long time. The fries were the same. The chicken pieces in my bowl tasted burnt, and the corn was rubberish. There are other bad experiences, but im only putting the most recent one. Don't expect greatness like previous years.

You really shouldn't RE-FRY already fried shrimp and serve it!! I got 6 pieces of shrimp added to my order and they were hard as rocks and the shrimp that was left inside the breading was so overcooked that it was almost non-existant. Incredibly disappointed in this disgusting meal.

You really shouldn't RE-FRY already fried shrimp and serve it!! I got 6 pieces of shrimp added to my order and they were hard as rocks and the shrimp that was left inside the breading was so overcooked that it was almost non-existant. Incredibly disappointed in this disgusting meal.

Customer service was excellent, and the food was fresh and very good. The atmosphere is very poor. That restaurant needs a major renovation and a good cleaning.

Drove 30 mintues to this location to get cheese curds to find out they didn't have them. My fault for not calling first and I ended up going next door to sonic to get food. Not sure about service, food ect just wanted to relay my disappointment.
