Lounges in Corpus Christi, TX

“My husband and I stayed at the hotel from last Wednesday until yesterday. We discovered the lounge area Wednesday afternoon and were immediately hooked. But, not by the gorgeous views, the drinks or the puzzles.....We were blown away by Aly! She is a gem with a fantastic attitude, great information about the town and just a very genuine person! Y'all are very fortunate to have her representing your business. She was off for the weekend and wow, what a change in the vibe! Thank you, Aly, for making our stay a very memorable one! We hope to see you soon!“

“Took it to-go the staff was very nice. The food was delicious! Definitely coming back! It was hot and fresh!“

“Cocktails were good. Shrimp tacos and burger was good. The truffle fries weren't worth getting (was basically just regular fries with a scant amount of shredded parm and yes, I forgot to get a picture). Pricey, so be prepared for that. Service was good.“

“Been going there since the new owner took over ( Naomi ) she really put some elbow grease into cleaning up that place and it’s always CLEAN when I go there…. The men’s bathroom never smells like p i s s like other nearby dives ( buddy’s n Talbets ) and if you go there and act like a responsible adult you get treated like one . Wanna act like a dog , go to Buddy’s where they allow dogs in the bar (yeah I said that right) Overall this is by far the best bar in the area .. my name is Czr and I approve this message“

“I couldn't tell how to get into this place, finally walked around the right side of the building down the grass strip it was early wasn't sure if they were open, they were. I was trying to figure the place out looked like a nightclub but claimed sushi made up my mind that this wasn't the place to order food.... until I started watching the sushi chef definitely knew what he was doing, started talking to him 20 years in the biz really takes pride in what he does, I'm from California not bragging but I know sushi and Steve cranked out a beautiful California roll topped with tuna, side of seaweed salad, squid salad really nice, fresh. Drinks are like 6 bucks prices reasonable fun atmosphere if I wasn't almost 60 and worked all day I'd stay and see what the actions all about lol. Seems as though someone's got it out for this place giving it low ratings talking about local crime etc, let me just say I'd absolutely love to have a non chain independent place with great sushi and a fun dance floor near me. Great place and thanks Steve for a great meal!“
