So, their ice cream is great and variety is good. Very tasty. Can't give them five stars because my order is wrong almost EVERY SINGLE TIME. No nuts please... Covered in nuts. Can't get a refund because Uber Eats says that doesn't qualify for a refund, regardless if you have an allergy. No fudge sauce please... Fudge sauce covering the entire dish. Please put the sundae in a flat dish because eating it vertically is harder....Nope, still comes in the vertical container. I mean I could go on. Excellent excellent ice cream but you were never going to get what you asked for. It is highly frustrating.

I ordered some ice cream through DoorDash and called to adjust my order and upon receiving my order the store above and beyond my expectations! They sent a value size (which I ordered) and instead of the pint I ordered they sent a quart. My cat just passed away and so all I was wanting was some ice cream to help numb the pain. Thank you so so much yall are the best for this!

Owner refused to honor a gift certificate that had no expiration date. Openly invited me to contact the corporate office to complain. Sorry excuse for a locally owned franchise. So many better options for ice cream, don’t waste your time or money here.

I always get amazing service when I come. There milkshakes are just absolutely my favorite. They are creamy and just delicious. This is my go to Marble Slab. I will always be going back for some more. Definitely get the app cause you add points so fast!!
