Good service. Good ice cream.
Thank you for your response. I went to another location in town and they said they were able to do the design just how I wanted… The two girls who worked on 7/10/25 were sweet and accommodating. However the manager on the phone was rude. I could hear her. I came in for a custom cake order which Marble Slab advertises custom cakes. Manager said no before she even saw the simple design stating they aren’t a bakery….. you sell cakes which you have to bake. You also had a fridge full of decorated cakes…. The manager needs an attitude check I heard her tone over the phone and everything. I feel bad for her staff if she talks in that tone with them.
As clean as it could be for an ice cream place, patient staff, great flavors and mix-ins!
It was crowded, but hey it's hot out side. However, the service was outstanding, and polite. The ice cream was fantastic and price was very goid as well.
I had the Caramel, Strawberry Cheese cake with walnuts.
Love the ice cream. I didn't know it was hand made batches till recently soon good
Spent $22 for ice cream and a smoothie that wasn’t even a smoothie. The employees looked absolutely miserable, and my waffle cone was STALE, the smoothie wasn’t even a smoothie, it was 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream with some apple flavoring in it.
Friendly service grand kids loved icream
Prior to my husband’s ice cream going onto the slab to be mixed, someone had a red velvet flavor being mixed. I was appalled when the employee handling his ice cream proceeded to throw his ice cream directly onto the exact spot of the slab that had a huge spot of red velvet ice cream still adhered to it. I watched in disbelief as the red coloring seeped into his desert. When I addressed the employee she looked me dead in the eyes and told me that “it’s just the slab”, I took a step back, slightly embarrassed, I had never seen the slab in use before, because I always get plain ice cream, so I thought for a second that maybe it was just stained. Until I saw her scrape the red off of the slab after finishing our order.
There was also a concerning, excessive amount of cross contamination amongst the toppings, I witnessed the employees use the same three scoops, un-wiped and un-sanitized for about ten different toppings. There are so many heath code violations. Do better.
Bad and weird attitude
The two girls can run their fade with me , the worker training was sweet and cutesy
though . Ice cream was good 🩷

I love coming into work and I’m always greeted, it is definitely a happy place. The ice cream has always been amazing I still believe it’s the best in town, made locally with love. Marble slab will always value the customer above all else. It is an amazing place to relax and eat ice cream and a great place to work.

Very good and fast this man is literally the goat best service on the world. He fed a whole trio group of 49 people in only 13 minutes.

We came in for the first time ealier today, there was only one person working and she had to go to the back for a few minutes before serving us but it was definitely worth the wait. I wasn't sure what I wanted but she walked us through how everything worked and I ended up getting the strawberry caramel cheesecake with vanilla wafers. Overall, staff was really nice and the icecream was really good. Definitely excited to come back and try something new
It's okay for normal ice cream. I think they want to be Cold Stone - unfortunately, the only thing they have in common is the price. The ice cream - of which the selection is limited - is half melted by the time you get it, the waffle bowl is half-baked, and there's no accessible napkins. If you want normal ice cream, go somewhere cheaper; if you want something nice, check out Rock and Rollin across the highway.
