The ice cream was great! We entered the shop and it took a minute for the staff to come out from the back. The young lady was nice and gave samples after we asked. She was somewhat knowledgeable about the flavors. After she served us, she got slammed with several customers. Suggestions to make things better the owner or manager should check on the skills their employees have and check on the busy times so there is enough employees serving.

The place was filthy. Floors look like they hadn't been swept all day. Booth seating had ice cream stains from who knows when. Won't come back to this one.

Location is at the mall, so us plenty parking space. Clean floors and tables. The staff was friendly. She was very patient, as was our first time. Delicious flavors, good size portions. My favorite flavors Amaretto, coconut and red velvet. Brownie was great, with chocolate and vanilla flavor. Like the fun decor.We will back soon

Always come here for ice cream, it's fresh, made in small-batch daily, and definitely sets their ice cream apart from all the rest in the area. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience with their family. The owners and staff are both professional and helpful. Though understaffed, they always rise to the occasion. Ice cream was good, the service was terrible. The employees hide in the back and just stare at you till you tell them your order. They put the ice cream in our cup first before they ask you if you want toppings to mix in, which was very odd. Would definitely consider going to a different marble slab if you have the option.

The owner of this location is rude an demeaning to her employees. I was in the establishment the other day and witnessed the owner yelling at an employee In front of both coworkers and customers. Very unprofessional! The altercation made for a very uncomfortable atmosphere.

I wish I could give 5 stars but they forgot my extra cone that I paid for. I’ve been a member for a while now and I love all the marble slabs and their flavors.

For being 5 on a Sunday. With 3 employees and hardly any customers. Trash on floors at every table. When we went for the ice cream several flavors completely out. And was told sorry will take 15 mins to thaw. They when wanted toppings again they were out of several as well . The 2 employees where not at all friendly and seemed we inconvenienced them. Do yourself a favor and go to another marble slab. This individual crew I guess needs t9 be retrained. Upon looking at further reviews I see the owner responded to these. Too bad they didn't do much about it.

Ice cream is great, employees were nice but closed down EVERYTHING and putting ice cream and toppings away 30 min before they close. We get there and they can’t mix in the toppings because they turned off the slab…beats the purpose of the name of the place. We were from out of state on vacation and wanted a quick snack for the road. Disappointed to find out we couldn’t get the full experience. I thought you would start closing things down after you close. What’s the point of staying open if you can’t fulfill your services.
