I wish I could give service ZERO stars! Heaven was so rude. She was not welcoming at all, she never smiled and when looking up my rewards account, was rude too.

Expensive ice cream š¬ Good favors an options but the service is slow a they move with no motivation inside. We have been there a few times an itās always 20-30 min even with nobody in line the service is just slow no matter how many people are working an itās usually 2

We decided to come in earlier today after my son got out of school as a treat to celebrate his birthday and were definitely not disappointed! I had him order his own and the staff was really patient and great with him when he was deciding even though he was taking forever since they had so many different toppings (a good problem to have!?)which can't be said about every place we go to, and she was really helpful to me too since I couldn't decide what I wanted. The pumpkin spice is great and I'm going to be so sad when it's gone as it's apparently seasonal ??My son really liked the bday cake and it was good just a bit sweet for me personally. Thank you marble slab for making my and my son's day! ???

It's just the service for me. It's always been slow. This is an owner issue. Get more staff or go up there and serve some ice-cream or close your doors... its been slow for years.

Jordyn was so incredibly rude to my family. We understand it was busy, we saw the signs saying you're short staffed, but when a small child smiles and politely orders please don't roll your eyes at the child and refuse to even acknowledge them at all. The ice cream was delicious, the other staff was great, but....that interaction was enough for me to not want to bring my family back

Delicious ice cream and friendly staff. Iāve never had issues coming here. Itās my go to ice cream place here in corpus. I recommend the snickers or cookies and cream shakes!

They do not keep their ice cream cold enough. I have been around long enough to understand what happens when eating ice cream in the heat. All three of the ice cream orders we had handed to us started melting immediately after they served it. We started eating them while waiting to pay. Once paid and walked outside it started pouring down so fast it was just impossible to eat it. It ended up all over us and we had to throw them away and clean as much as we could from our clothes. I've lived in warmer climates and this still was never an issue. They were also a little expensive for what they offered.

Really?!!!! A 20 minute drive to Portland with the AC blasting and it does this?!! It obviously wasn't completely frozen when I purchased it. $40 I could have just thrown in the trash.Birthday party ruined. ?****edit****I spoke with the owner, she refused to do anything to rectify the situation.10 minutes or it melts completely?!!! Well, Baskin Robins, and even Dairy Queen ice cream cakes don't melt in 20 minutes. THE CAKE WAS ENTIRELY ICE CREAM!! THERE WAS NO CAKE! What bothers me the most about all of this is it's for my dad's birthday. This is probably his last one, as he is in hospice.Keep your $40 lady, you'll reap what you sow.

Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. They had a sign up on the ice cream display that read ācard reader down, we will have to enter cards manually.ā I thought no big deal, they canāt control technical malfunctions and I have no problem with them manually entering my card, especially since I donāt carry cash. So I waited for 20 minutes while they served everybody that was in line ahead of me. Again, not a big deal, itās a holiday weekend and I donāt mind waiting since itās busy. I finally get to the front of the line to order and I ask to sample one of the flavors. The employee lets me sample one, then I ask to sample a second (I was in between two flavors and just wanted to try them both before making my decision). At this point the employee looks exasperated and says āitās cash only.ā I was confused, because she hadnāt spoken to anyone between me asking for the first sample and the second, and there was no indication anywhere throughout the store that it was cash only. So I pointed to the sign and said āyou canāt enter it manually?ā To which they insisted no, cash only. I understand technical difficulties happen, but they should have indicated that it was cash only on the sign, or told me when I walked in, instead of having me wait nearly half an hour before being informed that it was a complete waste of time.

came here this evening waited long while there was 3 employees. ordered cotton candy ice cream in a waffle bowl. 1. the ice cream didnāt taste anything like cotton candy more like medicine ? 2. my waffle bowl was stale no crunch too it. 3. there was a new batch of cotton candy behind the gentlemen who helped me and yet he still scraped the left overs in the older one. but gave my gf the batch never again ? so expensive for a waste of $20 wouldāve enjoyed h-e-b ice cream wayyy better but now i know ?
was in the middle of eating my waffle bowl ice cream. i thought a dog hair flew into my ice cream, tried to pick it out. the hair was baked into the waffle cone. absolutely disgusting. lost my appetite to ever have marble slab again. used to be my favorite to get ice cream. disappointing
There's always a blonde girl behind the counter who gives me cold stares and refuses to help me like she has something personal against me. Either way, I won't be back as I can go anywhere for ice cream that doesn't come with cold glares that is as cold as their ice cream. I called store management about this girl awhile back, they said they would address it, but nothing changed. If anything, this girl would just walk into the back area and never come out if I walked in or stay behind the ice cream line and shoot cold daggers at me for no reason. How can you claim to be in customer service and have a server like this? Completely unprofessional.
