Marco’s and Co, and Kathy, are incredibly professional and easy to work with. We hired them to cater for our small wedding (~65 attendees including bridal party, vendors, and security), and Kathy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to recommendations, and even provided reasons for why they did certain things they way they did (bowtie pasta for alfredo due to it being attire friendly when it came to sauce, unlike fettuccine).
