I ordered a meatball sandwich from Marcos tonight. I took a few bites and pulled a hair out of my mouth. It was so gross!!!! The hair was definitely NOT mine. Maybe the employees need to wear hair nets and gloves which they didn't. I'm not looking for a refund, but customers beware! I won't be back.

Tall older bald man stands in front of me behind the counter, on the phone with someone (not a customer from the sound of it), completely ignoring that I'm there. Finally someone else sees me and helps with my take out order. This has happened twice. If he's the owner, shame. If he's the manager, fired.Foods not bad, but being treated like I don't exist, unacceptable.

I love the pizza here its so delicious and the service is always great but today the shift leader was so rude but Geranimo was kind enough to help me definitely will come back !!! Hopefully shift leader learns from Geranimo!!!

Their online has things the store does not. They had to call me twice to tell me something that I ordered was not in the shop. Then it took the pizza and hour and 45 min when it was estimated at 30min. The pizza was cold.

I bought 3 large Pizzas and they ran out of boxes, would have been nice if they would have informed me. My pizza was in a bunch of Styrofoam boxes, cold. Managed to heat everything up before family arrived, it was good though.

Ordered a little over $40. Sent my guy to pick it up. When we opened the order, both large pizzas were supposed to have all the crust toppers- they were dry and flavorless. His pizza had 3 pieces that had barely any cheese with the toppings. I didn’t get my blue cheese sauce for my wings or the two pizza sauce sides instead of the ranch in the cheesy bread. We did not enjoy it as much as we could have. The crust toppers really effect the food more than we realized.

What a absolutely pleasant surprise. First time I've eaten from this establishment. I ordered it online to be delivered. I tried ordering from dominos and got totally frustrated with their app. Tried to order from mod pizza. Another disappointment trying order with their app. Gotta join up...smh.Marco's app works perfectly. I ordered a pepperoni specialty pizza and added mushrooms. Also added two meatball subs to the order.Fantastic results! It was delivered HOT! I had to carefully hold my slices to not get burned. The pizza was delicious! Flavorful crust and ample portions of pepperoni and mushrooms. The meatball subs were flavorful too. Artisan style bread.Yes, they're a little expensive, but worth the money.
