This is from the other local Marcos location. You guys are letting DoorDash kill your brand. The pizza took over 50 minutes after being picked up. It was cold and terrible. A waste of 30+ dollars. I wouldn’t recommend anyone orders from them if you get old cold pizza. Honestly y’all ruined our pizza night.

I ordered a meatball sandwich from Marcos tonight. I took a few bites and pulled a hair out of my mouth. It was so gross!!!! The hair was definitely NOT mine. Maybe the employees need to wear hair nets and gloves which they didn't. I'm not looking for a refund, but customers beware! I won't be back.

Tall older bald man stands in front of me behind the counter, on the phone with someone (not a customer from the sound of it), completely ignoring that I'm there. Finally someone else sees me and helps with my take out order. This has happened twice. If he's the owner, shame. If he's the manager, fired.Foods not bad, but being treated like I don't exist, unacceptable.

I love the pizza here its so delicious and the service is always great but today the shift leader was so rude but Geranimo was kind enough to help me definitely will come back !!! Hopefully shift leader learns from Geranimo!!!

Their online has things the store does not. They had to call me twice to tell me something that I ordered was not in the shop. Then it took the pizza and hour and 45 min when it was estimated at 30min. The pizza was cold.
