Slightly rude cashiers. Stood at the counter and tried to explain that the coffee I bought I can't drink and for me to get a cup for a soda instead and was directed to the kiosk to pay for another cup. The was way too much caramel in it. I wanted a coffee with some caramel not drink blended butterscotch for breakfast 💀 When I got the cup the cashier then asked if I asked for easy caramel but there wasn't an option on the kiosk for that. How am I to ask for that when no one is running the counter? I just a wanted a cup since I paid 5$ for an undrinkable coffee but no I had to pay a total of 7$ for a drink. Ridiculous

Me and my friend put in mobile orders after the location said it was open. When we showed up the location looked closed.. However, we already had made a payment for our mobile orders. And also, we didn't go to drive-through because there were cones blocking. We went to the door and a worker had told us she'd go ask the manager about it because the lobby was closed. So we were standing outside in the cold. We waited outside for a good 30 minutes and noticed how people were just pulling up to the drive-through window and getting their orders. So we pulled up to the drive-through window just to be told that they're only taking delivery orders and not mobile orders and "to just wait to get a refund" for it YET they had us waiting outside for 30 minutes in the cold after being told, we'd get our food. Second, the lady at the drive-through was pretty rude about it instead of handling it professionally and kept cutting us off when we tried to explain the situation. Go to a better location like Rodd Field - they're better and nicer ❤️

This was the slowest drive-through I ever been in the Corpus Christi area. I could’ve ordered a pizza from Domino’s and got it three times faster. Do not recommend if you’re in a rush.
They have deal buy one get a dollar I bought all three items at full price...when I ask manager can I get my 3 free items he says no I'll have to order again....makes no sense at all

This morning I placed an order for a large ice coffee, but I made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. I walked inside and told the manager my mistake and she was so nice and said she can remake it. Not only did she remake it but she made it taste great! Ma’am , I really appreciate your kindness it made my day. Thank you. 🙏🏻

The worst experience. Thought we would stop in for ice cream cones. Ordered at the kiosk. After ordering and paying, including my son cashing in all of his rewards points, a cashier tells us the ice cream machine is down and they can't make our order--and there's no way to refund the rewards points or swap for anything else in the restaurant. Just lost. And completely unhelpful, "it's a corporate thing" says the employee who refuses to make eye contact. This place is a joke and their employees have no people skills.
