I went through the drive-thru and then parked to eat. My nuggets were dry, didn’t complain. I went inside to use the bathroom and they were locked. There’s a sign saying the bathrooms are for customers only which I understand, but seeing as I am a customer I asked the cashier if she could open the bathroom and she said yes, I will. I stood by the bathroom and waited and waited and waited. I go back to the front and she was just standing there, clearly never had intention on opening the bathroom for me. Wasn’t the worst experience, but being ignored definitely didn’t make my experience good. I’ll find somewhere else to eat with better customer service.

I ordered 2 pumpkin pies with my order tonight and the people working took forever looking at their screen 5 times and looking into the bag double checking something so I figured they could get it right and I had what I ordered…. Get home I had one apple pie not 2 pumpkin crème pies that I paid for. How is that hard? Tell me you don’t have it and don’t charge me if you can’t deliver. Now I’m home and don’t want to go back over there and I have not what I ordered and paid for but they won’t answer their phones or anything…. Thanks guys for the diligence really impressed lol

Burgers came out cold with hard bread and so did our nuggets, when I told the manager Stella, she continued to argue that she made it fresh. I was the only one in the drive thru and the food was still horrible.

i live right off staples and this is the closet one to us. every single time i have ever been here especially when u go through the drive through the food takes at least 30 minutes to come out. i now have been in the drive through with only two cars ahead of me when i ordered for 35 mins. there is absolutely no reason why it should take 40+ minutes to put some frozen food in some dryers even if they are short staffed. absolutely horrendous service and whoever runs this mcdonald’s really needs to reevaluate how they operate!

We came for breakfast through the drive through and ordered 3 meals. The girl at the window asked us to pull up and wait. We did and this made it past the breakfast time. Before we pulled away we checked the order and saw it was wrong so we pulled back around to get the rest of our order. The girl tells us they just stopped breakfast and donated all the breakfast food. It was ridiculous, we were not given our breakfast and the girl wanted to have a debate about how she didnt think she got the order wrong. We just wanted our food. The Manager offered us a sandwich for the next morning however we live out of town. Poor customer service and the girl at the window needs to take accountability for her mistakes.
