I ordered my food with no onions and they put onions on both of my items i ordered and i am allergic to onions and the manager had a shitty attitude about it after i almost had to go to the hospital. I will be contacting corporate also.

Horrible service, kept people waiting up to an hour for food, machines didn't work. When I finally got my food the order was wrong and the lady dropped my cup and refilled it in the same up that fell on the ground(it was broken and leaked all over) in all if you want fast food dont come here.

Food came out bland and cold not to mention they dropped my friends cup and picked it up off the floor and filled it and gave it back still with crack in it. I go here all the time, and the one day I want McDonald’s on my 30 minute lunch they make me wait 20 mins for a curbside. When I went to go inside to get it, they were just standing there talking. 6/19/25 at 6:45 pm. It’s literally fast food, how hard is it

Horrible service, all the tables were dirty, I have to ask the lady at register to send someone to come and clean atleast one table for us, the girl who came had a soaking and dripping wet cloth with which she cleaned the table and the seat both, how in the world anybody can sit on that wet table and seat, I go and grab some napkins and dry the seats and tables myself. If the management wants to confirm this event please check the CCTV footage for 6/14/25 between 6:15-6:40pm

I ordered a frappe because the mcdonalds I was at didn't have them and when I get there it says order confirmed then we get to the first windows and they inform me they don't have frappes. Very disappointing but I did get a iced coffee and it was very good :) made me almost glade they didn't have a frappe 🙃
