No Frappe so We ordered a shake.Waited in line for them to tell us at window that shake machine is down.We said would have been nice to just get a notice that it was down as well instead of waiting.Employee was argumentative as if it was our fault for waiting.Poor communication from yalls end.Not returning to that specific location.

My go to when I need something quick for lunch. I work right across the street and the food is always hot!!! Fraps are great too! Kid-friendliness: What else is better than a happy meal!!!
Worse experience service was horrible Placed curbside through app. Manager claims my order isn't there. Did not help me in any way at all was very very rude very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Friendly faces every time I go. The one on staples have very friendly people everytike I go around 2pm or 3:30
Worst experience ever! I was just kicked out of the dining room by the manager, serenity , when I complained about the food and service. The door was locked at 630am and had to bang on the door while the employee looked right at me. Serenity told me to use the drive thru. We complained about the chairs not being down and the food being not eatable. The sausage McMuffin was so hard it would break your teeth. Serenity had her hands in her hips the entire time was very defensive and NEVER apologized or tried to remedy the situation. The employee refused to give managers name and Serenity refused to give her name until she asked if we were to complain. She said I don’t care my name is Serenity. And then she told us “you can leave now”. You can bet I’m driving 5 miles out of my way to Yorktown where the experience is over the top. Maybe this location needs some new training from Yorktown. I hope the Acosta’s see this. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to eat. We eat at McDonald’s every morning !

After waiting for curbside for a good 45min, food finally came (cold), & didn’t notice till I was gone already that they didn’t bring one of my drinks. The ice cream machine was broken which meant no frappes either. Parking lot was not overly busy or crowded.

Typical McDonald's. Can't get an order right. I corrected them 3 times on the order, still got it wrong. Just plain stupid people.Edit 12/23/23Why is it, all the other McDonald's serve mcribs.... but this McDonald's doesn't? The McDonald's closest to my home, and they don't have the most popular item. Whoever runs this McDonald's, should get his franchise taken away. The guy is obviously an idiot.
