Horrible experience, my wife and I ordered homestyle burgers, we got them, they had no sauce we asked them to fix it, they got them to us, my wife's was real cold cheese not even melted, I went back to inform they remade burger, this time no cheese, they made again, we finally stayed to eat, the burger had no flavor at all, no salt, no pepper on meat, burger tasted very bland, no flavor at all

I’m sorry to be so blunt but this location is truly crap. The way they. are always out of items and lie about item availability. I had a manager say they were out of frappes then a young man came up to me and said here is your frappe. Mind me I had just seen this young man come back from somewhere, maybe break? So be weary. They need to get it together at this location.

Honestly I try not to go to this mcdonalds because its always awful. The past 3 times I have went they have been out of soda. When I am never told sorry of the inconvenience or anything but we are out what else can we get you. I will not going back anymore

There’s a manager there with white stuff in the corners of her mouth. It’s an instant turn off and ruined my appetite. I was looking forward for my frapé all morning and she had to be the one to hand it to me. At first I thought she ate some of the whip cream but it was just her thick white spit. Then I go back a few weeks later and she’s there again front and center with thick white cream in the corners of her mouth just talking away. I got sick to my stomach. I don’t see how none of her coworkers tell her anything. She shouldn’t be handling food with poor hygiene.

Worst McDonald's ever!!! Poor customer service ALL THE TIME after today I'll definitely won't be coming back. I was on the outside lane on the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order while on the 1st lane 3 cars had already gone by so I parked to speak with the manager as I'm waiting for the manager to come speak to me in watching her slam what it looked like apple slices inside a bag. After waiting a few minutes she finally comes and I'm telling her the situation on the drive through she said she wasn't having it and walked away. I will be reporting her!

Hello, I’m reaching out because I ordered my 1 year old non-verbal toddler a happy meal and I noticed he didn’t finish his milk which is not like him. He drank about 1/4 of it and when I poured it out a giant blob of spoiled milk came out. It was bad enough my order took about 30 minutes to come out but then my toddler drank this disgusting milk and surely didn’t know it was spoiled and cant speak to ask or voice anything to me. Hope he doesn’t get sick but the workers could really work on their mannerism and promptness too.

I placed a mobile order at the store and my app sent me to the wrong location so i just placed an order there and never picked up my food from here yet they still charged me?? Ive made a case with the company to get my refund and then called because they closed it without contacting me and when i called they said the store would email me. Its been 3 weeks and i still have yet to hear from the store?? Do better.

I live near this McDonalds, I dislike going there but my girls insist. They always forget to get the orders correct. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to get off or go back . Then the manager looks annoyed when it’s presented to her. Today just got a bundle and they literally forgot the 20 piece nuggets and all the fries. It’s very frustrating.

Manager “Lisa” was VERY unprofessional. I witnessed her yelling at her staff & unprofessional to customers. Also seemed to refused to resolve curbside order issues. Very disappointed with my dine in experience. All the yelling in the kitchen by managers was distracting. Multiple people in line upset with incorrect orders.
