The night manager a lovely lady with blonde hair is running that place amazingly she’s always so nice when I see her always has a good attitude I don’t know how she does it but she is doing wonderful thank you for the familiar nice face :)

Drove up person at the window moving his mouth about it not being his job. Gives us 3 drinks with very little ice in it. We tell him there no ice in thee drinks. So he says the machine is low on ice and it's not his job to fill it up. We gave him back the drinks to get new ones . We still Got only a little bit of ice on the new drinks and they were the wrong flavor. Did not check them while we were there.

I have been to this restaurant several times throughout the years and it has had its ups and downs. Today was a great day! Everyone was very friendly and polite and the Carmel Frappe was wonderful. I will be back when in the area.

No meat for hamburgers no quarter pounders no big mac after waiting 20 minutes the guy in the drive threw laughing said they were out of alot of stuff but we saw managers leaving with bags of food at least they got burgers .

There is ten people or more standing at the register waiting on service every time I’ve been here. Employees look put off or even irritated when you finally get tired of being ignored and ask for someone to take an. Order or inquire about an order you placed. Sadly I live less than a mile from here and it is much quicker on average to drive five miles to the next closest McDonald’s. Service is horrible, I can’t stress horrible enough

Went to pick up food for my kids before a busy afternoon and was told to move up and park on the side of the drive thru, then had to move up again. They gave me my drinks and asked me to move up once again, the line just kept getting longer and now they had 2 lines formed with over 10 cars waiting. They brought me my happy meal and said thank you, I replied with no I'm still missing the rest of my order. I showed the receipt and gave a list of the items I was missing. They made me move up again, another worker came and asked my name and had a completely different order. I told her no that wasn't me and proceeded to tell her my order again. Showed my receipt and that all I had was the drinks and happy meal I was still missing 2 burgers and a mcrib and 10 count. She said ok and went back. Finally after another 5 minutes I get my food look in the bag and everything looked right. I get home and the burgers and mcrib are a total mess and to top it off the mcrib doesn't even have the correct buns. They get business because they are the only mcdonald's in the area but they definitely need to work on being better at their service and food preparations.

I ordered a large smoothie and on the app it does that this item is supposed to have a game piece. When I get there they give me a medium sized cup and tell me that this is the large in the smoothies. The manager didn't want to listen and was very rude. Every other place gives the big cups for the lg smoothie.
