If I could give it 0 star I would I usually get my ice coffee in the mornings but today will be my last. I ordered an ice coffee with an extra pump of flaver. Left started drinking and right when I was pulling out I had a roach in my mouth from the coffee it was so disgusting and I feel so sick I talked to the manager. All she did was give me my refund. She already knew that I am the one with the extra pumps of flavor. SMH

I am currently 45 minutes waiting in the drive thru for my mobile order the employees are literally having an hour long conversation with the car in front of me!! This is ridiculous

Today I was SUPER disappointed with this McDonalds. The nuggets I bought for my daughter came with pepper! Child can't eat pepper, it's allergenic! I didn't have the chance to go back there to talk so I decided to write the review. In addition, the cleaning always leaves something to be desired, they needed to have a cleaner all day to better maintain the tables, floor, playground and improve the smell of the environment.

I understand being busy, but waiting almost an hour for food is ridiculous. It's not too bad when there's nobody else there, but when it's busy don't even bother. I ordered a big mac with extra sauce and no onions, 6 count nuggets, 2 apple pies, and a basket of fries at 8:52pm. We did not get out food until 9:47pm. I could visibly see some staff members messing with their phone and putting in ear buds. Just terrible service. Will not be going there any time soon.

Waited an hr for my order , while waiting serval costumers received wrong orders , another customer took his order back due to having hair in his food. another customer was charged multiple times ,and several customers left . It was an is chaotic in there .

I went to get a happy meal for my daughter. Had to go inside because the drive thru was packed. The inside wasn't much better. They seemed very confused, and the order sat there and got cold. Yes, they remade it, but the girl named Fatima that wanted on me was rude and complained about going to get s chocolate milk out of the cooler for my order. I will find a different location next time.
