This morning we dined in to have a small meal. We were met and greeted by Ms Lori. She was so sweet and kind and displayed such an attitude of hospitality that made our visit that much more better. This is not the first time either. She is always warm and nice when we visit. We wish we could steal her for our business. Mcdonald's is very fortunate to have such an employee. Thank you Lori!
McDonald's like many others. Clean. But for the first time, if I could give them 6 stars, I certainly would. I had my orders messed up at different McDonald's, but here, for the first time that I can remember, I got free food. 2 burgers and fries, to be exact. I pointed this discrepancy to the boy who brought food to our table and even showed my recipt, but I wasn't convincing enough.
I visited around 11pm and was prepared for a wait, given the drive-thru line. While it took a few minutes at the final window (likely due to my large order), I was surprised to find that my burgers tasted stale and lukewarm, as if they'd been sitting under the heat lamps for too long. In contrast, the chicken and fries were enjoyable. Unfortunately, the subpar burgers brought down my overall experience.
