how unfortunate that the young lady in drive thru cannot be bothered to give a drink carrier or an extra bag for my mother, who kindly asked, she is understanding and patient with all customer service workers and did not deserve the attitude. please remember one day you will be elderly and not able to have family beside you at every moment, i wish i could have been there with my mother when this occured. you may think it's not that serious however a simple request could not be done without an eye roll and sigh, rude.

Well took over 20 min to get order. Order thru the app which is not working. Go to drive thru add another 20min. Total of 40 minutes. Not worth it. Took all my lunch to get my food. So much for fast service

A beautiful young lady named Stacie always grease me at the window and is very polite and understanding that I could take my time looking on the menu to see what I ordered I will be coming back
This McDonald's is very slow. Poor service also. No one even asks you if you need help. They ignore you and take forever to get your food. This is a terrible place to get food from. And the food tastes old. Not worth the heavy price.

Ordered 6 bundles all fries were white, cold nuggets cold. This company has really gone down in quality. Hiring youngsters not putting pride into their job. Been going to all the different locations in corpus trying to find one with good, warm, fully cooked food.

Waited almost 30 mins for the order, drive thru seemed to be taking one order at a time because the way they kept saying hold on every car is ridiculous. Then at the window she says to pull up because they’re waiting on sausage! First off for the amount of time waited at the intercom with hardly any one inside there should have been no wait! Unless one sausage is being put down at a time for each other smh ! Sausage DOES NOT take 15 mins to cook !
