I ordered online and I was in line for over an hour! I watched so many cars leave ! The manager on duty was name bianca and the cook was new. If he was knew he shouldn't be closing by himself and she should be helping him since she should be trained in all fields! A fast food place where u get ur food in an hour or so is beyond unacceptable! Y'all need to hire new nightshift staff especially the manager!

Ordered curbside during my lunch break. Sat outside in curbside spot for 20 minutes before going inside. Spent another 15 minutes just waiting for the girl to come to the counter and acknowledge me. Then another almost 10 waiting on my food. Manager couldn't even explain why it took 45 minutes to get my food. To top it off, the female worker acted like a toddler when I asked where my drink cup was.

I came here for dinner for the wife. I had a deluxe McCrispy. The wife had a Big Mac. The food was great for McDonald's standards. The fries were fresh. Took one star off due to how long it took for my order to come out. Nonetheless, the food was good.

We were on vacation from out of town, they messed up 2/2 times we visited. They marked my pick up order as “Ready” 10 minutes before I arrived the first time, and I had to wait about 10 more minutes for them to even complete the order. It appeared they were marking the online/app orders as complete to fudge their times. The second time which was today, I told them I had a bad experience the first time, and although the completed the order promptly, it was wrong, but I guess that’s my fault for trusting them. Avoid this one as other stores are nearby.

Arrived to the McDonald’s at 10:32 left waiting at the speaker til 10:38 no one greeted me or said hello I drive up to the last window where there was a car waiting for their order once they leave I was told they were closed when their hours say “close @ 11:00pm” …. Drove away @10:40 to Whataburger…

This McDonald’s has the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I placed a mobile order on Thanksgiving (I’m not crazy for thinking they would be open on Thanksgiving…Whataburger and HEB were open lol), thinking that if they were closed, it wouldn’t go through. It went through but when we showed up to the restaurant they were closed. I have been trying for a week to get my refund. I called this evening and some arrogant punk answered the phone making fun of me and belittling me. Do NOT go here!!!! The manager has been good/decent but the hourly employee I spoke with last night needs fired.
