This is the closest McDonald’s to my house and sometimes I don’t have the choice of going further. I loathe this McDonald’s. They NEVER get the order right, the manager is ghetto if you call to complain, and there’s always the rudest dude at the window that refuses to speak. Not even a “thank you” or have a nice day. I used to work for McDonald’s and they’re supposed to follow “ask ask tell” but never do. Nope. Not even a hello first before opening the window, throwing your order at you and slamming it shut. If you ask for ketchup or napkins, prepare for an eyeroll and not even so much as a nod. Also this is the third damn time I’ve gotten my order with no fries. They literally can’t do anything right. I’m convinced now they get it wrong on purpose because of how consistent their terrible service is.

Terrible service, it says on the page that they close at 12:00am and I arrived at 11:20 and it was already closed. Apart from the fact that you can't even eat there, it smells ugly, I don't recommend it.
The assistant manager Chris was an example of professionalism and courtesy. Rang me at the register and within 60 seconds handed me my order ! All with kindness and a smile way to go Chris !!🔆🙏🏼

If I could give them a zero I would. The “manager” Bruce gave me a fake name at first after I called to ask why he was rude to my elderly mother telling her to speak English. I ended up finding his real name after. This location is in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood. Other customers came up to my mom and told her it wasn’t the first time he has done that. He does it a lot to Spanish speaking customers. When I asked him for corporates number he wouldn’t give it to me stating “complaints come to me anyway”. I take that as nothing will be done nor will he face any consequences. Great Job McDonalds superb customer service.
