I was waiting for 30 minutes for a worker to take my order at the drive through. They took 5 orders back to back on outer lane. I said hello multiple times, I knew the lady could hear me on the intercom, soon as I moved up to leave she took the person behind me orders. when I was trying to leave the line the car on the outside lane thought I was trying to cut in front of them so I was stuck in line for another 15 minutes. I go inside to order and have to wait another 15 minutes, finally when I get to talk to the manager with the reddish orange hair she blows me off she couldn’t care less. A waste of time for crappy food.

I placed my order on the mobile app while in line. I waited 50 minutes!!!! Just to get home and the big Mac i ordered was literally thrown in the box disheveled. This is unacceptable & I will ensure that any one who will listen knows not to visit this location. Horrendous!!!

Imagine just ordering a large basket of fries and a drink just to wait almost 45 mins, then never getting your order. (I will be getting my refund)

Worse location yet. Even watched several people walking up with bags in hand with missing and/or wrong orders.

Save the trouble and drive to another location.

Very disappointing experience. I waited over 20 minutes for my curbside order, and when I finally got it, the 20-piece nuggets were missing. I had to go inside to get them, and when I got home, the nuggets were undercooked so I had to reheat them in the air fryer.

There was also a red hair inside my Big Mac — absolutely unacceptable. The fries were old and tasted bad. The only thing that was okay was the drink. Definitely not the quality I expect from McDonald’s.

Last night we came here. The only thing I didn’t like was using the machine to order because it messed up on us no one was at the counter to take our order. The girls look at us didn’t even bother to help. There was 2 guys who were very helpful one had curl hair wearing hat with glasses and he was helping everyone the other one had a ponytail he was cleaning and helping. The food was good they messed up on my order and gave me spicy chicken burger but fix it right away. The fries were hot and fresh.

If you are 20 minutes from breakfast ending do not go to the drive through. I had an online order and when I finally got to the window they told me it was automatically cancelled since it was10:31 and breakfast was over. I said I would place another order and it would not let me, because The app was telling me I still had an order that I needed to pick up.

I get to the window. I asked the manager what do I do because it’s telling me I have an order pending and they repeat several times the money will go back onto my card. I let them know the problem is not the money. The problem is I can’t place an order because my order that they told me was canceled was not canceled.

The manager told me she’s not gonna deal with me and walks away. Another manager comes up and she told me they can’t serve me breakfast because breakfast is over I say again I understand that is not what I’m asking for. I’m asking can you cancel the order so I can place another order through the app.

The first manager again gets very rude with me and tells me she doesn’t understand what I’m not understanding because breakfast is over and I can’t order it. I showed her my phone and I showed her what I was trying to order and that it told me I had an open order with them and due to that I could not place an order.

The second manager, who was finally listening to what I was saying, went over to the kiosk, said my order number and said oh it’s not canceled. Let me go ahead and do that for you. Then they told me I was gonna have to wait in the line again when I had already been in for 20+ minutes in order to get something because they didn’t have a register.

I said can I just place the order really quick on my app and just get it from here and go and they told me no if you’re thinking about going for breakfast Make sure you go with at least 30 minutes if not a little bit more before it’s over or you go inside because they may not understand what you’re trying to ask for or you’re gonna get a rude manager who doesn’t understand what you’re saying.

I have no idea why they kept telling me I couldn’t order breakfast when that wasn’t even what I was asking for. I asked several times for them to please cancel the order because it wasn’t. I don’t know why it took like 4 to 5 minutes of me, asking for the same thing over and over again for it to get done. It’s not that serious, the managers didn’t need to talk to me like I was the one not understanding.

HISTORICALLY one of the Quicker, friendlier and more competent than many other fast food places in town. HOWEVER, many of the competent staff no longer work here and service and quality has deteriorated.

Waited here for over 10 minutes at speaker and I see employees, but no one is answering. I went to the window and again, no employee is in sight. The mobile app let me order here so they’re open, I saw them goofing off in the back. There are plenty of cars behind me too.

I have had a good experience so far. Except for a few weeks ago when I was tended to by an obvious new hire. I ordered at kiosk then went to register to pay. She has pressed something and was about to give me change when I let her know I had not paid yet. She called the manager for help and manager said she pressed a button. Employee talked back saying she didn't press a button when it was obvious she pressed something otherwise she would not have been trying to give me change. Manager got everything situated.

My quarter pounder was half cooked. It had a big pink spot on one side. The other side of the patty was cooked. When I complained to the manager Laura, she gave me a hard time about it even though it was her mistake. She was really inspecting the patty like I did something to it. A good manager wouldn't do that and just redo the burger no questions asked. She eventually did, but she acted like a detective lol. Please don't come here expecting a well cooked burger.
