Last night we came here. The only thing I didn’t like was using the machine to order because it messed up on us no one was at the counter to take our order. The girls look at us didn’t even bother to help. There was 2 guys who were very helpful one had curl hair wearing hat with glasses and he was helping everyone the other one had a ponytail he was cleaning and helping. I have had a good experience so far. Except for a few weeks ago when I was tended to by an obvious new hire. I ordered at kiosk then went to register to pay. She has pressed something and was about to give me change when I let her know I had not paid yet. She called the manager for help and manager said she pressed a button. Employee talked back saying she didn't press a button when it was obvious she pressed something otherwise she would not have been trying to give me change....
Went in about 8:56 p.m., ordered food for 4 kids, fries 3 burgers and nuggets. Received the food at approximately 9:42 PM, several workers were there but only one was preparing the food. The others were just hanging out. All customers there were complaining about how long the service was taking in preparing their meals.
