Very often closed at 530am even if you place a mobile order you will have to cancel it.

People don't get that a simple mistake still causes a lot outside the restaurant.
People have bad days that's not on the workers at all.But think past the simple mistake, some people are picking up meals for a family and then when they get home they're missing food more than likely like in my case the driver will be the one having to come home after a long day and then having to eat cold food because of this simple mistake.
I would never go back to this restaurant. When people make mistakes I'm pretty easy just a simple oops sorry some kind of feeling that they are taking accountability for making a mistake no matter how simple it was but instead they're not even sure if you're lying to them or not and then just hand you the missing food like no big deal at all no thought behind it at this point I'm too angry to even explain my situation all I know is I'm not going back definitely not to this McDonald's

If I could give no stars I would get not a single one the girl that gave me my order in drive-thru was very rude and she rolled her eyes when I asked her if she can give me sauces that I requested before I even pulled up into the spot but they told me to pull in a spot to the side while i waited 15 mins very rude bad service10 thumbs down

Last three visits I've been receiving my granddaughter's order wrong. So now I have to open her happy meal while I sit at the window to make sure it's correct. This last time the establishment was not busy. So they can't use that excuse.

Worst McDonald’s in corpus! Always forgeting food and when i come back for forgotten food it’s an attitude!! And/Or they “ran out” has happened multiple times! And they don’t say anything they let you go home knowing they ran out of item! People in the windows never know what they’re doing either!

Shift manager misunderstood my order in the drive-through which is human when I informed her my order was wrong and she overcharged me gave me an extra sandwich and I was missing my hash brown. She gave me the hash brown and told me to keep the sandwich. I said what about the price difference She said it would cost me more. I said no I ordered egg McMuffin meal, long story short they owe me $4 and she refused to give it to me. I came back to see the store manager three hours later and he told me I had to give the food back to get a refund. I had already disposed of the food at this point. This is absolutely insane. I will never visit the store again. The management is incompetent.

Funny how they mark it done and completed on the app to boost their numbers but we waited 20 extra minutes after y’all said it was “done”. Fast food?! No! Slow cold food is more accurate!!

Maybe it's a Texas thing but McDonald's fries in CA are gold not brown, tasted a little less than fresh but the lady at the window was very kind

Waited almost 20 minutes for freaking water down drink and cold food only... Their customer service needs a lot of work. Went inside the employees in the back were on their phones and laughing... It's not the employees fault it's management. They are young kids probably their first job.
