Came to this store, made my order on the kiosk, and went to the counter to pay cash. That took a while, but ok, it was 1:30 pm, so around the late lunch rush. The young lady came to help me, who I believe was a manager. The charge was $11.00. She opened the cash drawer to find she did not have change. She went to get some but the cashier returned and she handed the change to him. He opened the drawer and started to get my change, but he started pulling a lot of quarters. I told him it was $9 even coming back to me, but he had no one's. He said the manager can only get change. I told him just to cancel the order and give me my $20 back. The young manager came over and said she could get ones. There were other customers waiting, so I said no. She should have originally gotten enough change the first time I stead of wasting my time and other customers.

Manager rude and employees with no concept of time or care. Will recommend DoorDash contact the regional manager to discuss future orders. This is by far unacceptable asked 3 times about the order only for employees to look at me then look away saying nothing.
Also why are people being pulled and waiting for food to cook during lunch time it’s the same time every day 12pm not that hard to be prepared for lunch rush

The worst MDs i have been too. Restrooms locked and ordered a smoothie on the app. Waited over 10 minutes and never once was asked or acknowleged i was there. Another customer came in and commented that its always like this.

Went this morning to get a coffee, the girl at the window wearing a blue collared shirt was so rude. I asked for creamer on the side, she told me they didn’t have any. Then she gives me Splenda, sweetener when I asked for sugar packets. Horrible service!

If I could give a zero star, I would. My son waited in line for 40 minutes, to get old nuggets. They were hard as a rock. I was trying to give them grace. Maybe just maybe they are taking too long because they were waiting on nuggets. But no that wasn’t the case. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location. But I am very disappointed.

Every time we go, there is a line. Staff is rude, and they act like they don't see my big back standing at the counter. So I have to use the nasty kiosk to order. The soda machine looks like they've never cleaned the poor thing. The restaurant is always a mess. Like lort fix it.

I don’t know what’s happened these past 2 -3 months, lately every time I go through the drive through they have you pull forward to wait. They only have 1 spot available with 7-10 cars waiting. They wait till 3-5 orders are ready to come out. Today a lady behind me tried to scream and fight me because I was blocking her in. This McDonalds is not designed correctly to have this many people waiting for food. It’s any time of day. There’s no one waiting to order. There’s really no excuse. All I can think is management is trying to make it seem like they are faster than they are. Someone will get hurt eventually.
Came in 30 mins before 10 to the lobby. The worker rudely told us "This part is closed you have to use the drive"

When I asked for her name she refused to give me her name. She was very rude about the whole situation. Very unprofessional. The workers get a paycheck because of the customers and need to have better customer service.
