This particular McDonald's takes absolutely WAY TOO LONG on drive thru. It is absolutely ridiculous the time you have to wait. I go here out of convenience, being that I've happened to live close by, but make no mistake, it's not worth it if you're heading to work or just want something quick. I'm not sure why there is such a wait.They also do this thing where they WILL NOT TAKE YOUR ORDER until the drive-through is clear. They take 2 orders at a time & tell the drive-through to wait. Its not until the first 2 cars are gone that they take the next 2 orders and repeat. It's happened too many times,and it's just insane. They are also inconsistent with hours of being open. Not to mention, they are usually out of a product.When I visit the Staples and dodrige location, I never have issues, never. I drive up at that location & they hand the order right to me. I'd rather go out of my way to this location.

Person taking orders in the drive through is hostile and rude. She needs to learn better social skills. She was argumentative in the drive through and then again when I had to return the spoiled food. The batch of breakfast bun meal deal meat is spoiled. I just wanted to refund and she refused. People are in a hurry in the morning and don't have time for her to sit there and remake more spoiled food. No, I don't want more spoiled food I want my money back. Also the food I received was not as advertised. Service was RIDICULOUSLY slow. Transaction took an hour and a half!! And I still had to take my children elsewhere to eat breakfast. They were super late to school.

This is by far the worst McDonald's. I've ever been to. Every time I come here, the service is definitely slow. Customers wait and instead of giving you the order in the second window the way they're supposed to, They make you wait in one of the parking spots for over ten minutes just to receive a simple order. I don't know who manages this McDonald's. Or who their district supervisors are, but someone needs to be held responsible. Every time I see the employees , it looks like they hate their job. This obviously reflects poorly on the leadership. If you can stay away from this Mcdonald's, do so.

This location is hot garbage. I have started going to a location 3x further from my house, because it is that bad. One time they told me "one minute" at the drive thru and then never came back. Multiple other times they said there was a 15+ minute wait on anything (including drinks). When we have managed to actually get food it has been disappointing.
