Phenomenal experience! The BBQ was fire, literally best I've ever had. The brisket melts in your mouth. The portion sizes are huge. The service was world class; shout-out to Marcelo who was awesome and made our dining experience that much better!!
The food serves ample portions, but the waiter and chefs kept getting my order wrong. I ordered a chopped brisket sandwich on wheat and a bag of chips. My husband ordered a sliced brisket on a hamburger bun. I was delivered a sliced beef sandwich on white bread and a bag of chips. I told the waiter Miguel or Marcelo 🤦♀️🤦♀️ or something to that effect that it was not what I ordered, he politely exchanged it. Sweet man but again returned with a wheat bread sliced...
My sister and I both ordered the 3-meat plate. I tried to eat it all but not a lot of flavor. I don't like to use the BBQ sauce they supply. I had brisket, pork ribs, and sausage. I give it 4 stars because the food was warm and left an oily taste. I would guess they use mesquite wood to cook with. I won't come back for a while. My sister had the same remarks.
