we go at least once every two weeks… food. good, maybe more now? But the real reason I’m writing this review is because of JENNY! (I really hope I’m spelling it correctly, with all the amazing service I would feel like a horses ass if I got it wrong)
She is literally the best type of person!. The first couple times we went to Mod, was a little thrown off. Didn’t have the best experiences, not the worst either! It just didn’t feel like the best pizza ever, until Jenny started making our pizzas, we love her!
She is incredibly sweet, ha ha knows the difference between a “little” & “A LOT PLEASE”, Is thorough and you can tell she takes pride and how she makes your pizza, she set the bar hehe. aside from just being the best worker I can imagine, thank you for your attitude every single time. Working can suck, days get rough, I appreciate that you put a smile on my face every time I come in, bc I don’t know you nor you me but wow. You’re as good as the pies! (You were the nicest person to me on one of the roughest days, so bless you)
The restrooms are usually clean, the teas are tasty, cakes moist, sauce sections great. The majority of the staff that we have seen over the last year +, Are all freaking awesome! I wish I knew the names of the the kick ass workers that hold together MOD. 🙏 really thank you so much.
& you Ma Jenny, You make our day, Jenny, from the service to how you make my extremely complicated and overzealous MegaDough mod pizza, you’re wonderful and I hope that you get some sense of happiness and also a raise, you def deserve it & You’ve been the highlight of our nights so much we come half for the good food & half for the jenny‘ttude. 🫶🏽
Vegetarian options: I have been a pescatarian for almost 16 years, everyone laughs at how huge my pizzas are compared to theirs as someone who doesn’t eat meat to others that drown their pizzas in it. HUGE SELECTION!!

Unfortunately, today’s experience at Mods Pizza was disappointing. The person making our pizza was rude, not just to me, but also to my family. He seemed rushed and asked multiple times if we were ready, despite there being no one else in line. It felt like he and his coworkers were all having a bad day, which reflected in their lack of customer service. This is not the kind of experience anyone wants when dining out on a Sunday afternoon after church. For these reasons, I’m giving this place one star.

The pizza at MOD is consistently amazing, but sadly, the same can’t be said for the service. Most of my visits are met with rude behavior from the staff, and today was no different. Despite my politeness, I was treated with unnecessary attitude and sass. It seems like asking for something as simple as ranch is a crime here—my apologies for the request! While I love the food, the staff’s attitude gives the impression that they truly dislike their jobs. It’s a shame because the food deserves better representation.
Went to MOD and it was the worst terrible service and the restaurant was really dirty. Dirty tables, dirty floors, cross contaminated foods slower than usual service I’m not sure if there was a change in management of some kind but it needs to be addressed. It’s where the health department needs to come in to play and fix it. No one wears hair nets even on their beard it’s disgusting.

Want to give a shout out to the women who works evenings at the register. she is attentive and really cares about the dashers and customers getting there orders. She is quick and correctly boxes and bags orders. And she does not leave dashers walking around like idiots like others did in the past. Keep up the good work
