Monica's Authentic Mexican Restaurant

My wife and I came to dine, based on recommendations. Living in Indiana, authentic Mexican food is non-existent. We found the food very authentic and tasty. The sampler platter that we had was reminiscent of the home cooked meals we had, while vacationing in Mexico. It always amazes me when I find a special dining spot that is affordable, clean, and has a very helpful staff. Lastly, I want to thank Monica for taking the time welcome us and treat us like family. I am from La Feria, and when I come to Corpus and I am craving Oatmeal... this is the ONLY place I come and have some.

Food was great! Pancakes are worth it. The have corn & flour tortilla chips. Very good! Coffee is better than a lot of places. Will be back again. Server was hilarious!

Food is good, love the keto tortillas. That being said if I'm going to pay $5+ on a keto taco it needs to have meat, not 6 little pieces.

I was recommended this place by some coworkers and have been coming here for a few years now. The owner is very friendly and cares about her busy. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I cannot recall ever having a poor experience. Everyone has different tastes and there are several Mexican restaurants in town but this place is one of my favorites.

Just had the Panzon burger with free dessert DELICIOUS! Highly recommend this place for that homemade burger taste that leaves you licking your chops!
