Dry flavorless burger that they forgot to put the bacon on... got the bacon after and it also had no flavor and was incredibly thin. Margaritas were terrible consistency and flavor, mine had a long hair in also. Appetizers were supposed to be half price that day/time we got charged full price. Pizza was greasy and chewy. Went to pay for the drink and app before we ordered or meal. they said we could just keep it open as a tab when we order our food... then charged 2.50 for a tab maintenance fee. What even is that? Why would I pay more for them to keep your bill open while you are ordering like literally any other restaurant or bar.

I waited over an hour to pick up a delivery order only to be told they gave it to someone else and would have to remake it…. Almost 2 hours of just waiting for 1 pizza & an order of wings.

Neil's was recommended and we were not disappointed. On our first visit, one of the patrons recommended the pepperoni pizza roles. The order came with 4 large pizza roles. They were delicious. The crust had a light crispy crust dusted with parmesan cheese. The filling was packed with pepperoni and melted mozzarella cheese. This is sold as an appetizer, however, paired with a side salad would make a solid meal.My wife loves chicken wings. She ordered a six wing basket with one teriyaki and one mango habanero sauce. The wings were nice and crispy with great flavor. I did not try the mango habanero sauce, but the teriyaki was perfect. Some of the best wings my wife has enjoyed in a long time.I ordered the Gringo Chicken Alfredo Pizza. It was perfect. We lived in Sicily for 5 years. The pizza is not Sicilian, but just as delicious. I highly recommend you try the pizza. For our first visit, my wife and I are pleasantly surprised. I was expecting one of the items to be good. I was not expecting three items exceeding my expectations. Great job! Thank you.Parking is limited and I now understand why. We parked next door at the gas station. It seems the news is out on Neil's.All in, with the pizza rolls, 6 wings, pizza, and 5 beers, our bill was around $45. Money hard earned but well spent.- Stephen

Nothing special about the pizza. Wasn’t terrible but not good either. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but Pizza Hut is definitely better. It was an extremely bland pizza with no unique qualities. The only reason I ordered it was because it was open late. Could have been a one off but as far as I’m concerned this is the first and last time eating from there. The only positive was the decent amount of toppings.

I like Neil’s whole thing - the games the bar etc… but this review is specifically for the pizza ?! Very very impressed with the pie- specifically the sauce has a great flavor and it was cooked to near perfection…. Where the cheese is a bit burnt on edges and not soggy and even tasted like high quality Mozzarella …10/10 on the pizza

I went there a couple weeks ago, and I got one of the ham and cheese Stromboli’s. It was fantastic. I returned, craving the same Stromboli 2/3/24. This time I took my fiancé because I was bragging at how great the food was that me, and my best friend had eaten here. We sat at the bar we ordered our food. I ordered the Stromboli and she ordered the Alfredo pizza. They took our order. We got our food about 20 minutes later. Not upset about how long it took. I took a bite of my Stromboli, and there was hardly any ham inside of it. Grant, you a couple weeks prior it was overflowing with ham. So much so that I had bragged to my best friend at how full it was. I opened up both sides of the Stromboli because it was cut in half and there was hardly any ham inside of it. I showed it to the bartender who told me that he could have them remake it or refund my money. I told him that I like them so much that I would prefer them remake it. So he went to the kitchen, personally told them about it and told them if they could remake it and at that time they said they would. 30 minutes later probably more no Stromboli. So then the bartender goes back to the kitchen and ask them where is the Stromboli and they said they forgot to cook it. At that time he came back and asked me if I wanted to refund or for them to cook it? I told him that it was already late, but I still wanted it. They could just make it to go . We stayed at least 20 minutes after the bar closed only to find out that they never made it. After being asked repeatedly even by the manager. So of course, at this point he gave me my money back and sincerely apologized. I don’t know what was going on in the kitchen, but it was very unprofessional . I also own a business and that is not good customer service. Not once did the kitchen come out and apologize. They left it all on the Bartender.

Wow. I’ve heard a few good things about this place and love trying out locally funded pizzerias -so I was excited to try it out.- We ordered a “Chi-town” and a 12 in. First, I’m about 99% sure they incorrectly made a normal 16in, not the deep dish we ordered, and that would have been ok, had both pizzas not been absolutely burned to a crisp. The bottom of the crust was like eating burnt toast. We ended up throwing it out and ordering elsewhere. I was disappointed. Maybe it was just an off day, but I honestly cannot think of a worse pizzeria experience.

Don’t go here if you’re Brown or Black. Drove 30 into town to try this place with my husband, we waited at the bar for 30 minutes Wednesday afternoon at 6pm while the guy working walked past us multiple times, never acknowledged us once while people of lighter complexion that had been at the bar 2 minutes were getting served beer.. we wanted to order a meal and drinks but we felt too uncomfortable to stay, it’s obvious we were unwelcome here.
