Noodles & Dumplings

They have very authentic hand pulled noodle soup. Dumplings are very fresh as well. Nice place with friendly staff. Highly recommend this place.

First time here wasn’t disappointed!!

Let me start by saying I cannot eat fatty meats like beef or pork. When asked about vegan/vegetarian options My server, Rey, kindly informed me that all of the dishes are completely customizable as nothing is premade until it's ordered. She mentioned the only thing that 100% cannot be vegan/vegetarian are the soups. Yes they have a "no protein" option but the soups all use a meat broth. Want general tso but can't have chicken? No problem they'll crisp your tofu in the wok and it is so delicious! Make sure to ask for no egg in your fried rice!! Updated from previous review on 2025-06-06

Very unassuming place and I have dietary restrictions, this place the food was delicious! We watched the cook make noodles by hand and everything was wonderful. So Good! I will have a hard time when we leave town! Very good.

Kid-friendliness: The Asian cook gave kids who were watching him stretch noodles their own dough to stretch! Very kind and waved to us when they saw us.

Best Asian food in Corpus. My wife and I shared a plate of Orange Chicken and steamed dumplings and still ended up bringing a full plate of leftovers home. The food was so amazing that as soon as we were done buying groceries, we went back and picked up two more plates to go. Very friendly staff and delicious food, that is a winning combination.

You can taste the freshness in the noodles, dumplings, baos, and the food. Our server Kendall was awesome, attentive, and all our food came out within good timing. Def oversized portions so be ready for to go boxes which means we get to experience the greatness all over again!
