I have always come to Olive garden for my birthday every year and this year after ordering take out I had the worse experience. I went to pick up an order since I had been Ill and couldn't eat in restaurant and unfortunately both my meals were a disaster. Undercooked chicken and salad was not to par. I tried calling and each time was either hung up on or left on hold for a while. Sorry not sorry Olive Garden. Hopefully in the future I would change my mind on continuing my service with y'all...

Great food, our waitress didn't seem like she wanted to be at work, but who does. Usually Great service here though all the time. Also, food came out quickly which was awesome since we had 2 small kids.

Well, Olive Garden mostly have their quality very standardized. Parking lot is enough, service was really fast and taste of food it was really yummi. I've been in several OG around US and will have to say this it was a great experience!!!.

Seated very quickly. Took waitress about 25 min to even take drink order. Very rude. Finally got salad for 3 of us, soup for another. Asked for silverware and she throws down plastic silverware packs. Are u kidding me. Asked 6 times for real silverware and she just continued to roll her eyes and act like I hadn't even spoken. Am I really gonna eat at Olive Garden... salad n steaks ect with this plastic silverware??? Btw these are non alcoholic drinks so we weren't loaded n disrespectful. Just wanted some real silverware. Couldn't get the sauces we ordered for the breadsticks until our food came. Horrible horrible waitress.

We came to celebrate a birthday. We waited an hour while parties of 6, 7, and even 8 were sat before us. It wasn’t till we got a little upset that they decided to prioritize a table for us. Truly disappointed!
