Honestly a two star rating based on two things. The bloomin' onion was overcooked / very brown and the steak over-seasoned and salt forward. Everything else was great!

I go to eat here at least once a month and last night I was very disappointed with the service. First it took the waiter to attend for like 10 min then we got our drinks then it took him another 40 min to take our order which I asked the host who is taking our order then she came back and said if he doesn't take your order I will..which she should have done... I see him attending other tables anyway he takes our order...then it takes another hour and 20 min for us to get our food. I arrived at 6pm and left the restaurant 2 and a half hrs later. Good food but service was terrible Friday night

Went in there for veterans day. They were short staff and they still made it work. Once we got our table, the service was amazing. Food came out fast and our waiter was great.

Not a great experience at all. From the service to the food to the waiting forever for our server to never show up again. We needed a refills for over 40 minutes and our prime ribs were not cooked right, and very old. Now I can be ok with a horrible server, but a prime rib (my favorite), that really disappointed. The whole restaurant cleared out besides my family of 6 (with 4 very young children), when a bartender starts screaming about roaches and can’t wait to leave the company in 4 months. Finally cashed out and left very bothered with the experience. Called manager and told him the situation just to be told he would refund, but the system was down and he would call to follow up. That never happened nor did the refund. We will stick to Texas Roadhouse, and ole steakhouse for prime rib from now on.

Do better please

This is a good, fairly quit place that has a family- friendly staff of employees. I met the owner who.works at the reception and customer scheduling desk who is diligent and welcoming.

Food was okay, chili was the best out of it all, mostly would go for the special drinks and bloomin onion. Emily was the best waitress though.
