We usually love this place, but it was absolutely horrible this time,drinks were hot and food cold brought our appetizer out with the meal. Freaking ridiculous

Food was mediocre. They had forgotten my drink twice and my order. Food and service was bad atmosphere was great. I highly recommend Dao restaurant than this place

They have ZERO care about how they serve food out of the kitchen. No wonder they had a shooting in the kitchen. Once a year I give this place a chance because they were actually good a decade ago and they fail every time. This time a take out order, they gave me diced up shrimp for the dynamite shrimp appetizer. The size of the end of your pinky. Couldn’t believe they served that. Not going here anymore.

Good restaurant with good service. The pF Chang's chicken was excellent, as was the dynamite shrimp appetizer. Brussel sprouts were a bit sweet but tasty nonetheless.

When I checked in for my 7:15 reservation at 7:00 I was placed on the waitlist. Not sure why. At 7:35 I asked where I was on the list and was told there were 3 parties ahead of me. After watching 4 parties seated inquired again and was told at that time I was placed on the waitlist and they could not explain why. They miraculously had a table for me at that point. Once seated and order was placed it took a while for my nephews meal to come out and then 10-15 minutes later the manager came over and apologized that the rest of the meals were taking a long time, said they have given out food to another table and they were going to start working on our food. They did take a meal on the ticket and gave us a dessert but overall this was not a good experience.

We were seated promptly; table was wet, but clean; waitress suggested the meal for 2 after I asked if there were specials, hostess failed to advise us; food was quick, hot and very good... atmosphere was more 'fast food', best i can explain....

Super small portion for a $20 entree that’s mostly rice and vegetables.

PF Chang’s is my favorite place to eat, but on this occasion, it fell short of my standards. My favorite dish is Mongolian Beef. They changed the recipe. The beef pieces were thinner and there was no carmelization. As a result, the beef was dry and tasteless. The management was very accommodating and professional. We will be back despite the problems.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food at this location. The meat for the lettuce wraps tasted burnt. The Mongolian beef was ok. it didn't taste like it had a lot of flavor. Was going to go back to the location near my home for my birthday next week, but just a little turned off right now.

Mongolian Beef sucks now, it’s smaller and tougher pieces of beef not. Sweet honey chicken isn’t sweet and taste like ginger. Not sure why they’re changes things but it’s not a good sign.

our group came in and someone from our party has allergies and they took such good care of us making sure she was safe and had an enjoyable experience. the manager bryan and host artie were super kind and funny, 10/10 recommend ! <3

Asked for gluten-free options was told my food was gluten-free but when I got home, I was extremely sick because it was not gluten-free This is very unprofessional, considering I have celiac disease I figured a high end restaurant like this would have figured this out by now, but I would say they don't have any gluten allergies. Do not go to this restaurant. 

The manager on duty and the server Destiny were delightful. This is one of best service we had. They were on there A game and went above and beyond. We came in for my husband's Birthday dinner celebration. And they made it a great one. Thank you ladies.
