Had a lovely dinner tonight with my husband. Our bartender, Isaiah, was fantastic. knowledgeable, attentive, and great at what he does. We’ll definitely be back!

Absolutely an amazing experience. The flaming wontons are amazing! Isaiah is such a great bartender and makes the best drinks! The Jade margarita is my favorite, definitely recommend.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup tonight and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon arrival, I followed instructions and texted the provided number twice with no response. I also attempted to call, but no one answered. After waiting over 20 minutes in my car, I eventually had to go inside to retrieve my food myself.

When I opened my order, my shrimp dumplings were noticeably burnt (see attached photos). I paid for freshly prepared, pan-fried dumplings, not ones that were overcooked and dried out. Additionally, when I spoke to the manager, there was no sense of empathy or acknowledgment of the inconvenience or food quality issue.

I’m requesting either a refund for the dumplings or a replacement credit for a future visit, as this experience does not reflect the quality or service I’ve come to expect from P.F. Chang’s.
