When I checked in for my 7:15 reservation at 7:00 I was placed on the waitlist. Not sure why. At 7:35 I asked where I was on the list and was told there were 3 parties ahead of me. After watching 4 parties seated inquired again and was told at that time I was placed on the waitlist and they could not explain why. They miraculously had a table for me at that point. Once seated and order was placed it took a while for my nephews meal to come out and then 10-15 minutes later the...

We were seated promptly; table was wet, but clean; waitress suggested the meal for 2 after I asked if there were specials, hostess failed to advise us; food was quick, hot and very good... atmosphere was more 'fast food', best i can explain....

PF Chang’s is my favorite place to eat, but on this occasion, it fell short of my standards. My favorite dish is Mongolian Beef. They changed the recipe. The beef pieces were thinner and there was no carmelization. As a result, the beef was dry and tasteless. The management was very accommodating and professional. We will be back despite the problems.
