Food is standardized as expected from any chain restaurant. Service was extremely slow. They would take forever to check on re-fills and some more to bring back. A single special request... extra dressing... it wasn't fulfilled. Disappointed.

We arrived at the restaurant just after 9pm last night, and the place was almost empty. Our server, James, was attentive, helpful and friendly. He, as well as the manager, made a point of assuring my husband that his food (Pad Thai) would not get in touch with any mushrooms, as he is allergic to it. This is the first time ever that a restaurant has visibly taken such care... My husband is vegan and asked for no eggs in his meal, but it was included when our food arrived. Again,...
