We’ve had two experiences here so far and both were enough to ensure we don’t come back. Once was a drive through pick up and the food was disappointing to say the least. The orange chicken was soggy and the broccoli beef was clearly wrong (meat was grey? and not seared and the sauce was so watery and non existent). We contacted their customer support who offered us coupon codes to re order the meal for free anytime over the next couple months.
Well we went back and it was somehow worse. The inside was gross, the ceiling had a lot of water damage, the ice machine looked like it had moldy slime. Water barely came out of the tap in the bathrooms. The whole place looked like it desperately needed repairs and cleaning, there was storage boxes in the dining area too. The food was much the same, the orange chicken was a bit better but the broccoli beef was still grey and lacked sauce. The manager’s response was well that’s what it looks like today, it is cooked and “edible”. She did offer a free medium entree to replace the broccoli beef but it wasn’t reassuring. Never planning to return to this location. We’ve been to many pandas across the state and have never had this bad a problem.

Do NOT make online orders here. They never look at the tablet and you will have to wait anyways. I made an order 30 min in advance expecting it to be ready at a specific time and nope. When I got there I waited 5 minutes so they can finish their line and then they got to me and they had never looked at the order. And made it for me right there 10 minutes later. There is no point of making orders online at the location. This is not the first time this has happened either, always waiting for food when you get there.

We came in and right off the bat the manager was being rude and stingy! I ordered 1 bowl and a plate but None were even close to being filled. Not only did we have a wait but I got maybe 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. Like WHATTT??? It looked half ate into already. Definitely not the same as it once was and probably won’t be going back.

One of the workers that had a tattoo on his neck, man bun was way more focused on flirting with a female customer than doing his actual job. It was unprofessional and honestly kind of embarrassing to watch. Laughing, giving extra attention while the rest of us waited. If you’re gonna give extra service, at least give it to everyone. Never coming here again.

Drive through lady told me the wait would be 8 minutes. And she charged me almost $3 for a medium ice water without mentioning it at all to me. I ended up waiting just under 30 minutes for my food because they waited to bring out my food with the food for 4 cars behind me. So I ended up waiting the longest because I was first in line and my food came out cold. I asked why I was charged for iced tap water and the lady argued with me that it was because of the cup. Mind you it is a medium paper cup and a plastic lid/straw. Absolutely ridiculous.
Ordered online and it took 30 min longer than promised time. Ignored by all staff until a young man finally acknowledged my concerns and found my $132.00 order. At that point, staff proceeded to fill my order and I was late to mtg

Abigail is the Angel at Panda Express We ordered a family meal with a bigger plate to feed 8 people at a birthday party for my son. It was $70 worth of food. I just selected delivery in the panda express app, it turns out this gets you delivery by Uber eats the driver Quinton H brought us the bigger plate and said that was all they gave him. I call the restaurant and they said he left most of it. I do not have a car or any way of getting there on a Sunday evening. I called Quinton H and he hung up on me even after me pleading with him. (Wonderful Guy you are Quinton H). I call Panda back and a worker named Abigail said she would bring it to me herself. She would not even take the tip I offered Quinton H. The food was amazing, hot, and as advertised. If you want great food at a great price from people that care, go to Panda Express @ 4119 S Staples. Say hi to Abigail, she is amazing.
